Last 3 days had to purchase some lumber. Not all employees were helpful. But 3 of them bear notice and should get credit for their help. Both times in the lumber dept ROB and JAY , COCO was the cashier who made sure I got help thank you! You are all a credit to Home Depot

Love our new ceiling fan, the selection was great and they had what I wanted in stock.

employees were not wearing masks or social distancing , shop at lowes where all employees are wearing masks.....

The best part of the visit to this store was the customer service that Greg in flooring provide- without his personal touch the visit and overall experience including prices would have been average or below. The military discount is appreciated, thanks for supporting the veterans which I expect is a good percentage of The do it yourself Customer base.

I needed a replacement washing machine. I found the selection better today than at a primary competitor. The sales professional, Connie, was very helpful and we bought a GE top-load washing machine. Priced really good with a sale price.

They always have what I'm looking for, the people are helpful and friendly, and they always have a better selection of lumber than the other guys.

This store is always clean with courteous and helpful staff. I never have to go look for someone. Yesterday it was an issue with a faucet and today needed help with appliances, both times employees saw me somewhat lost and immediately responded and helped tremendously. I would recommend this store to anyone.

The people here are so helpful and friendly. The store donated some boxes to help our food pantry. It was such a blessing. It saved us money so we can spend this money buying food to bless others. God bless all the ones involved. Thank you!

Store employees are easy to find and knowledgeable. It is in to get in and get out quickly.

The folks at my Home Depot are knowledgeable and very helpful. That's really important because generally the average consumer is there for DIY projects they may have never tackled before. Help, advice and going the extra mile for customers is so critical. Home Depot steps up to the plate because of their employees and their products they stock are high quality.

I live in Irmo, so I shop that location more, but I have family in West Columbia/Cayce and my husband and I shop here frequently, especially when we are doing projects for his 91 year old Mom.

As I previously stated, Braylin and Connie were very knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. They made my shopping experience simple and a pleasure. Thank you again!

This review is for Irmo Home Depot. We were pleased with outstanding service from all staff. Found it frustrating that special deal product was not available here or at any area stores after driving more than 35 miles and no rain check system.

I always find all the associates are helpful, not only in the store, checkout, and customer service but also in the rental department and even on the parking lot. I usually review everything I am looking for online before arriving and noting their location so I can efficiently get through the store. If I wasn't retired and have so many projects to work on, I would probably ask for an application:-]

Some big box home improvement stores do not have enough employees to answer questions and aid in the buying process and even give tips on the right product for your application but all the Home Depot stores I’ve been in seem to have more people to fix these problems.Just remember,it’s usually the little things that make the difference on a customer returning to a store.It certainly does for me.Also the store was neat and clean and well stocked.

I bought a range and a dishwasher here. After receiving my range I really wasn't that pleased with my choice. I ordered this range in the store with the employee assisting/ordering it for me. Not once did he say I could not return it if i wasn't satisfied. Apparently, if you order online you cannot return the appliance. My issue is that I never laid eyes on my range because they did not have one at the store. How do I know if I will be satisfied until I get my range??? There were only two white ranges at the store so that is why I had to look online. SO BEWARE!!! YOU CANNOT RETURN THE APPLIANCES IF ORDERED ONLINE!!!! I would have upgraded to a nicer range but they don't even allow upgrades! I won't buy any more appliances from Home Depot. I think the customer should be made aware at the time that the employee is ordering the merchandise that this is the store's policy. It was not posted anywhere by the register either. So I have learned a hard lesson I suppose!

Always my go-to hardware store in Columbia. The store is clean, well organized, and the staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. And prices are consistently lower than that other hardware store across the street!

You absolutely cannot get help in the flooring department. I have gone twice to get a piece of runner cut from a roll and have left both times without it. The first time the flooring rep was working on the computer and could not help me until he was finished. After a while, I gave up and left. Today, there was someone in flooring but it seems for some reason they could not cut a piece of runner. After waiting a while with them repeatedly calling someone, I decided to leave and I will not go back for this item but will find it somewhere else.

This is the best store to use. Great group of employees and they are super helpful
