I bought mulch on a will call and I watched a guy take the pallet. When I came in to pick it up 5 days later on the day you told me to, you had sold the marked pallet. I have stopped in no less than 5 times and all I am ever told is you are out of stock. I was actually told this week that its not Home Depot's fault but that your ordering is all done by computer so you guys can't even control your own supply. That was a new one, its not our fault its a computer system that I am sure belongs to Home Depot? Its been two weeks and no one has even bothered to call me and tell me when I could pick it up!

The store has a nice a pleasant feeling. I personally feel comfortable in the store. I felt comfortable asking a question. I found the products I was looking for. I had great assistance. The store was clean. Associates were friendly and helpful. I will be back.

Bought mulch on a will call and when I showed up to pick it up the employee in the Garden Dept just told me that they had so many people that wanted mulch this weekend they probably just sold it. Then said I could have to wait up to a week before I could pick it up! Thank you Home Depot Store Manager for not reading your own ad and ordering enough mulch to cover what you already sold!

Shavay turned a routine Home Depot run into a great experience. She went above and beyond to help me get my online order completed. She was friendly, funny and we had great conversation while waiting for the order to be brought to the front of the store. She went out of her way to help me move everything to the front of the store so I could more easily load it into my car. Thank you Shavay and Home Depot for a great experience on a Saturday night.

The Home Depot and employees help me to find the right choice for remodeling the bathroom. I highly recommend this wonderful store.

Jade the ASM (and Jason in paint!) were incredibly helpful when I came in with what I thought to be a complicated issue. Jade was very empathetic and understood my conundrum as soon as I explained it to her. She then personally helped me through getting the correct paint and completing my purchase. With customer service like this I will definitely be back for all of my home improvement projects!

Plumbing Dept Manager (ERIC) helped us during a family emergency we have with toilet selection, purchase, and installation. He was very knowledgeable, pleasent, and extremely helpful and understands what Customer Service is all about . . . but Eric did not stop there. He took ownership of our family emergency and did not transfer us to another department that would finish the job. Eric coordinated everything, and most impressivelly communicated with us along the way. To state that Eric "Exceeded our Expectations" is an understatement. His stellar "Customer First" performance exemplifies the experience founders of the Home Depot had in mind for thier organization. Thank You Eric.

The store associate Leo was so helpful in making sure I found everything I needed in all the departments I needed stuff from. He helped me find prices on unmarked items, carried my items to the counter for checkout and helped me to my car. He went above and beyond to make my shopping experience a great one. I’d come back to this store just for him!!!

Very courteous, accommodating and helpful department associates. It was nice that they didn't rush us when we had questions. Clean store and very friendly plus an excellent selection and stocked shelves! Highly recommend this Store!

I had a terrible shopping experience here. Ordered a wheelbarrow online, but show up to the store and they only had the container (no wheels or handle) ready at pickup. Then for 30 minutes, store staff are running around confused looking for a replacement. Turns out all their wheelbarrows are ruined or they can't find the parts.

I shop at this store often and always find the employees helpful and friendly. If I can't find what I'm looking for I ask and always get help. The store is always clean and I almost always find a quality product to cover what I am looking for. This is my go-to home improvement store!

I usually prefer the smaller local stores, but for some things I do prefer home depot. I do like the online ordering, but I've been disappointed with the quality of the Ryobi store brand. I do not like how they scatter online orders in the lumber area of this store, though. It's hard to get around in that area sometimes.

I highly recommend this Home Depot branch on the West side Madison,WI. the sales person I dealt with buying the freezer was helpful and knowledgeable about product availability. I previously did shop around called the east branch and Janesville product availability with no good results, I always get the run around the sales persons on this 2 branches are not knowledgeable and needs more training about products availability.

Staff was friendly and very professional and they had everything I wanted!

Just a great experience shopping in the Kitchen and Bath Department of the store. Design Consultant was great!

I had an exceptional experience purchasing counter tops and a sink. The associate was knowledgeable, personable and kind. He explained in detail the attributes of the different products and shared everything I needed to know about the installation process. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

The people at this store really know their stuff. Eric, Regina especially. I always spend more time than I planned, not because it's hard, but because it's a friendly environment with lots to explore and plenty of people to assist.

Todd Shoemaker was a great sales person to deal with when buying a home appliance.

I came to the Home Depot on Verona Road in Madison Wi. I was expecting to find a shipping box. HD did not sell such a box so I was going to U-Haul next to HD but I stopped and talk to a woman named Gee L. a flooring specialist. Gee greeted me kindly and asked me how she could help. Gee enlisted another employee, Mike. Gee gets a forklift and starts searching for me. Gee and Mike spent nearly 20 minutes finding me the right box. You can’t train for that, you can’t teach it. Erik and Vanessa were awesome! I have never been taken care of like that anywhere before. Erik helped me find everything I needed and was very knowledgeable. He even let me know how I could get a great discount by just signing up for a Home Depot card. He saved me money I was dreading spending. And once I got to the Checkout Vanessa helped me step by step and was so patient and made it stress less. I am grateful I had both of them to help me. They both made my day. I will for sure travel to the Westside of Madison to shop at this store even though the Eastside is more convenient. Thanks again!
