Always a very good experience at The Home Depot White Rock. I visit this store often for routine maintenance or repairs to my old house. There is always an associate available to help. Not only are they knowledgeable they are very nice.

I can always find what I need. I am always finding great plants, fruit trees and shrubs here which make my yard look great! Home Depot has never let me down when it comes to finding what I need for my handyman work around the house. I am very pleased with you products and services. The store will have everything you need. Doenloading the Home Depot app will guide you to where the peoducts are located in the store you are at. And if you dont want the app and need help ask the cashier Giselle to help you out because no one can offer assistance better than her.

Went for item that was advertised and employees didnt know what i was talking about.had to show em on my phone.it took a minute then he said they were out.

Normally I think Home Depot is under staffed but today I found it over staffed, if that is possible. I like to shop on-line and don't enjoy store shopping, especially the checking out process. I was pleasantly shocked at the extra effort employees went to in order to get me a vet discount and out the door, on my way. I'll definitely go out of my way to shop at the 550 store.

Great employee's and management!

I was looking for a few different items. Two employees passed by me , said nothing. Another employee was stocking shelves in the area I was looking in and said nothing! Then I had to find someone to help me. This is not the first time this has happened to me. Customer service appears to be a thing of the past.

I spoke to 3 managers at this store 1125 Garland Rd, Dls.,TX. 75218 and not one of them knew anything about what BBS the plumbing company tells the customers that referred them to me. I was told by BBS plumber that if he took out the toilet and something was wrong with the flooring holding the Flange he would NOT put the old toilet back due to legal issues. I lost time off of work waiting for this plumber to not do nothing. And I bought the toilet at home depot too. Thanks a lot for nothing.

This location has the has the best management, employee's and merchandise.

While I normally don't write reviews for most retail stores that I visit, I do comment on great customer service that I encounter from time to time. I recently went to the Home Depot store in the White Rock area, and was surprised to find a real jem in customer service a cashier named Sandy who went out of the way to help me from the time I entered the store to checking me out with my purchase. There's a great need for more employees who help without being asked and doesn't seem to mind helping. KUDO'S

This must be the worst Home Depot, if not the worst store in general in Dallas. Should be shut down. Rude and ignorant staff. Pitiful inventory.

I am often very outspoken when it to poor customer service; especially at Home Depots. Such was NOT the case with my HD shopping experience yesterday. I needed help and guidance in the electrical dept. regarding light bulbs and Ralphie stepped up to the plate and very knowledgeably and pleasantly answered all of my questions in detail. He is truly an amazing asset to their team! And in another area of the store, Victoria did the same. She was extremely professional and helpful and escorted me to the products for which I was searching and assisted me in making my selections. All of the above is obviously a testament to great management at this store. I only wish some other employees at some other stores could be sent to this store for customer service training. Please note, I am a caterer and event planner and have nothing to do with the home improvement industry nor have ever previously known or met any employees at this store.

My shopping experience was awesome. A employee by the name of "Anh #5 " was very helpful in my lawn mower shopping. She also convinced me to re-open my Home Depot account .She also answered all the questions I had very professionally. That's why I decided to do this review . I actually never do them but the experience I had with this particular employee made want to give her and this store a sincere review .

Its a Good store Mr. Willie was very nice and helpful except when it came time to pay the cashier at the register was so rude and gave bad customer service. Everything else was okay.

All employees were very helpful, but Kerry in Gardening went above and beyond.
