REALLY STEPPED IT UP WITH COVID! LOVE THE FREE SHIPPING AND THE CURBSIDE WAS AWESOME! QUICK AND CONVENIENT! BEEN USING DEPOT MORE LATELY DUE TO HAVING EVERYTHING WE NEED FROM VACUUMS, REMODELING (GREAT TIME TO DO IT) AND FEELING COMFORTABLE DURING THE PANDEMIC.

Always has what I'm looking for,even special buy items

The store employee I encountered on my visit was beyond rude and discourteous. Teach your employees better customer sevice skills or dismiss them. No one assisted me the entire time I was in the flooring department and I was there for quite some time. And please please please get some diversity in your stores. Inside. Not just grabbing carts and trash.

My wife and I went to order a custom door and WOW what a great job done by Jamie in the door department of the Wilkes-Barre Store She went out of her way to make sure we got the custom size and features that we needed to fit our home. She showed us different door companies and differences styles of doors and bases on her vast experience she gave us suggestions on what to get and what not to get Jamie was awesome We rate her and the store 5 stars We will be back, thank you Jamie for helping us

I recently went to the store to buy patio doors & exterior doors . I was approached by Mark Rostkowski he asked if I needed assistance. He is the reason I bought from Home Depot .. I went in clueless on what I had to buy or replace. He took over with ideas and incite and made my purchase easy . The only problem is that I feel Home Depot expects there employees to muti task when they are helping a customer !! answering the phone other customers questions ... when spending $1000's you want some personal attention uninterrupted . Thank You

Dealt with 4 or 5 different associates in 1 trip and got treated like crap by 3 of them. One was a manger who gave us two discounts on two different item until it was time to pay and then changed his mind. He wouldn't even come to the front of the store to explain the miscommunication or misunderstanding.

Poor service, employees seem to run when customer seems lost. Very messy, items are left everywhere and some are obstructing customers paths. Lawsuit ready to happen. Families walk in these kind of store and is it very safe hazard.

The store is clean and well organized. The employees were very knowledgeable. I love coming to this store.Zippy

Although extremely busy, female manager (Heather, I believe was her name) was extremely courteous and helpful, unfortunately not the norm for home depot. She took the time to understand the problem, resulting frustration, and provide an effective solution. Very satisfied thanks to this exceptional manager. As a matter of fact while I was talking to her, another customer approached to praise an employee who had also been exceptional at helping her out. It seems that good shift managers equal good shift employees.

Store associates ignored me as I passed 11 of them in multiple departments repeatedly as I searched for items I needed. The associate that is supposed to be selling HVAC services looks pleasant as she sat on the shelving scowling at everyone that passed her in the FRONT of the store.

100% Attention to the employees was all what I was looking for for my work is a very neat and very clean store.

My deepest gratitude to Jim Mangino in the tools department. I went in with my husband's grocery list and was in and out in 15 minutes. Best shopping experience I've had at Home Depot. He was knowledgeable and courteous. I hope he's working the next time my husband needs additional tools. Thank you, Jim.

EMPLOYEES WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME PURCHASE A PRODUCT THAT WAS NOT AN INSTORE ITEM. THEY ENCOUNTERED A LOT OF PROBLEMS BUT REMAINED COURTEOUS AND PLEASANT THROUGHOUT.

I had a bad experience selecting lumber for a project- as everything left reachable was very poor quality. I asked for a new bundle of material to be dropped but the associate told me he was too busy. I then had to buy lumber longer than needed as what was there was not usable for my project. Everyone else was great.

Top notch customer service.

Lynn in the Garden Department helped us purchase a Gas Trimmer. She was able to answer all of our questions and even pulled up a video of how to replace the string trimmer line. She was so friendly and helpful. She's a "Keeper"!!!

Ask for Jacob S. if you need help in the Garden Department. He helped us load 20 bags of mulch into our truck even though there was a tractor trailer parked in front of the mulch. Very very nice young man.

Worker helped me find item i could not find.

Very helpful staff. I met a young man named Logan who answered all my questions and took his time in helping me find items I was looking for in the store.

Typical Home Depot visit, found what I was looking for, fast checkout and no issues. More importantly the store is very prepared for dealing with the state mandated Covid-19 requirements. Well done to all of your associates and management.
