We asked and associate for help. She told another team member that we needed help. After 30 minutes the help still had not arrived. 3 other team members were hanging around a few ales over and when we asked for help they shrugged and did not help. We fumbled through and bought an ac unit. After installation it was revealed to be machined incorrectly so we returned it. We live 25 minutes away it was not convenient to visit the first time now the second time. The return process was not easy either.

Had the Paint Department Mix up special paint - very customer friendly and took care of business!!!

The Store seems to be understaffed in the evenings, but the polite and courteous associates make up for the delays. The only con I've noticed is a lot of appliances have non returnable in the list of specifications & if you have an emergency major appliance situation; they're forcing their customers to go to the competion because Home Depot doesn't stock major appliances. Again the associates including the District or Operations Mgr were great. Besides; orange is my favorite color & a Davie County color. Curious as to why the forever growing Mocksville NC doesn't have a Home Depot.

Great team at the Pro Services desk...Kieth, Brittany, etc. All willing to go the extra mile and offer a solution or an alternative. Always with a smile and NEVER have I heard "That's not my job....they are Home Depot....Home Depot and serving the customer is their job. And they do it very well!"

I spent an hour and 20 minutes inside this home depot store trying to purchase one gallon of Behr Paint..I took a piece of siding with me to match the paint for a outdoor building. One person was ahead of me. The person in the paint section was by himself. He tried three times to match the paint to no avail. I had to go home and come back with my wife. And spend another 30 minutes. I think the Person in the paint department had poor training. The Manager needs to assess all of his departments..

Great Employees who bend over backwards to help. Every employee there is friendly and helpful.

Much better than the HD on University Parkway, where they disrespect veterans.

I purchased an LG Refrigerator, Range, Microwave and Dishwasher. My sales person Ranada was so knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in asking about features that I wanted on each. The customer service folks Fane, Taylor and the operations manager Huge were all very knowledgeable and helpful when I came back to the store about refunding me the $$ between the original price and the sales price that took place within a couple of days. The folks at the other big box store did not even come and ask how they could help me when I went in to look at the appliances, but not at Home Depot I was asked if they could assist me almost immediately.

Friendly staff...Accepts my veteran's card issued to me by the Registrar's Office of NC. The University Parkway HD does not. I drive further to get supplies, but it's better than being disrespected.

This HD accepts the Veteran's cards issued by the Registrar's Office of North Carolina ,but the one on Univ. Parkway does not and embarrasses veterans who present the card.

Great store, and very helpful sales people.

The employees are very considerate and helpful, as if you stand in one place too long, they'll ask if you need help or direct you (usually show you) where to go get what you're looking for. A major competitor is directly across the street. I made the mistake of going there when I moved here, and immediately regretted it. I left my items and went to my favorite store. HOME DEPOT!!!

The employees were good. The pine needles were full of crap. .waited a long time behind one customer. The Manager never showed up. .We called the Customer service department. .No one there returns a Call either..

Better than the Univ. park store which does not accept my Veteran's card issued to me by the Registrar's Office of North Carolina.

If you are a Pro customer, you would love to shop at 3610 location. They are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They truly appreciate their customers. You can find help at any time in that store and you can find what you looking for at no time.

The store was generally clean, products I was looking for was in stock but I was all but walked on by two employees with no so much as excuse me, pardon me, kiss my butt or nothing. Neither one even offered to help me nor acted like I was even in the store.. I started to just drop what I had and walked away. I didn't so I paid for what I had in my hand, told the young lady at the check out what a great smile and disposition she had she thanked me and told me to have a good day!! Her smile was worth the trip!!

The associates at service desk were so helpful and took their time even though they were very busy. I did not feel rushed at all. Thank you Julie .thanks to Ron and Charlie for all assistants with mower.

Good clean store great customer service only reason for 4 stars is i had to wait in line forever is they only had 1 cashier working in Garden center its May 3rd come om folks it was 82 degrees out. Customers are hot lol

Nice selection and always helpful employees

I've always selected HD over Lowe's just because of the helpfulness of the staff. When I can't find an item in HD, I can always find someone willing to help and don't treat you like you're an inconvenience. Other stores see you coming (needing help) and they take off in the other direction.

My wife kids me that Home Depot is my home-away-from-home. She may be partially right, but the service I have always received from our local Winston Salem store has always been top-notch. Whether its been picking up lumber or top soil or trees in the garden area, I usually get asked if I need any help to my car before I have time to ask myself. Makes shopping here a real pleasure.

Good People and good Prices.

Shopping at this location with my family for the first time, I received no help, except from Luke, and employees avoiding me. Luke offered help and was very friendly towards me, but I cannot say the same for other people that works there. I even had one employee flat out ignore me when I requested help in gardens. He just looked and walked away from me.

Great Store and Friendly people. Easy to navigate.

Went in for some pressure treated 2x4s and 2x6s , very hard to find straight boards , 2x4s were on middle rack and all the crooked ones were to the front , had to climb up to get to the better ones , I’m in pretty good shape to be 67 , be this was kind of ridiculous, I in fact drove out of my way to get here, next time I need lumber I’ll go to another building supply business that’s closer to my home that you drive up to the lumber , it’s on the ground level and you can pick out nicer lumber , I do like a lot of other things about your store though.

It was such a rainy day and it seemed everyone was shopping because they couldn’t get out and do hard work. A good day for the store but hard to find assistance purchasing a mower. They did carry a varied selection!!

The staff at this store location is stepping up their game. The store was very neat and clean, staffing was cheerful, plentiful and working together to assist customers. Checkout personnel was eagerly awaiting to process customers purchases, and of course there is the self-check outs as well. In this competitive home improvement market, it is good to see Home Depot polishing up their customer experience. Keep up the good works!!! I'll be shopping with you again!
