My husband and I are greatly welcomed by this local Home Depot and the service we receive while shopping there. Assistant Michael and cashier Kathleen are very friendly and helpful and make the experience pleasurable. My husband and I love looking around and there it’s always usually someone to ask if you’re looking for something And can not find it. Bathrooms are located on the left side by the lumber area in our clean.

I had a small exterior project, and everything needed was in stock. I was able to complete my project with just one visit to the store. Nobody likes going back and forth. Thank you to the Woodhaven staff.

This location has been awesome to visit every time since moving to the area. The staff is top notch compared to other locations, and I haven't had a bad experience here yet. From the floor people, to cashiers, to the loading guy in the back that came to offer assistance even though it wasn't his area. They all have amazing work ethic and are very accommodating!

my cashier handled my gift card issues almost instantly and checked me out of there just as fast. wish id gotten her name because all it says on the receipt is AMYA

Paul in doors in windows went out of his way to assist me in finding a parts for an Anderson screen door. He actually called Anderson himself to find out what parts we needed then ordered the parts . It would have been so easy for him to apologize for not having the parts and sending us on our way.

Great service and works that know the products and give you honest feed back and advice.

The people that work there seem genuinely happy to help you. Very patient and will go beyond to make sure you get the right tool and that it’s safe.

Pete helped me to get my holy grail. A 9ft ornament arch that was out of stock ALL last year, I hunted for months at different Home Depots. No one had one to sell to me. I went in the other day and didn't see any on the floor. I asked customer service and they called Pete and he came to the rescue. He didn't have any in stock, so he checked the truck orders. 2 were coming in that night and he said he would set one aside for me. I went the next morning after dropping my daughter off... and Pete came through! He remembered and had one waiting at customer service for me. the cashier even said that he had been checking to see if I had picked it up yet. Thank you Pete so much! I was really bummed last year, and now, I am so excited to decorate for Christmas!!!

I had to return material and make a purchase. I encountered several different employees. The return register, lumber dept, and the cashier. ALL were friendly, personable, and respectful. Great experience.

The options I had for my rather small purchase was perfect for my needs. And always has been in the past.

Being an elderly female senior I find the employees at Home Depot in Woodhaven are always very helpful. I'm a DIYER and always have a lot of questions and everyone has always been so very helpful on my visits. I also order many things online and pick-up is always prompt and easy.

Yesterday, I went to buy fertilizer and they showed me an electric lawnmower that is so much lighter and easier to use. I am in poor health but they put it together for me and loaded it in my car. It was on-sale as well! Thank you girls!

I was looking for a part for my new used John Deere tractor mower. I knew I would have a hard time finding the parts so I asked the cashier if she could call someone to help me. The employee who helped me was quite friendly and helpful. Initially he told me where the part was, but I asked him for help finding it and he found the exact part that I needed. I was quite pleased with my experience at Home Depot.

This store is cleaner, more organized than other stores. Get in and get out

I purchased a Easter Lily and a purple Hyacinth. They are both beautiful and smell great.
