I brought my power shovel in and went to customer service and was gonna return it and kathy ended up getting a guy to fix it and I’m very greatful for that she went above and beyond what I asked

I've had an employee (Keith) in Woodworking go out of his way to help me help someone else. Truly appreciate how people at this location Truly care.

As always this store is clean, has great helpful staff, and most of all has the items I need in stock with good quality. I feel you will have to look long and hard to find a better Home Depot Store in S.E. Michigan

Tons of friendly knowledgeable employees around every corner! Usually I wander aimlessly in search of an approachable associate but this location was hands down the best I’ve been to. Keep up the great work Woodhaven!

I went shopping today with my 5yo Son and purchased a new snow blower! It took some time and we had a bunch of it! They asked if we needed anything and I said I wanted this one. It was not anywhere near the one I wanted? It was on a shelf on the other side of the store. They promptly grabbed a forklift and lowered my new machine! Great service and we enjoyed ourselves!

Had a furnace issue the other day. I was frustrated and needed to talk to someone to get the problem sorted out. Went to Home Depot in Woodhaven, Michigan and was lucky enough to find Jonathan in the HVAC Dept. I explained the issue, he listened and we were able to formulate a plan of attack, which was successful. Jonathan is a great guy and Home Depot is lucky to have him there. Thanks.

I bought a Ryobi inflation pump a month ago and am very pleased with it.

I haven't been to home depot that the employees have all went above and beyond to help me. Like the what haven location I believe her name was Monica or moni she was very very kind

I visited the pro shop (rent center)to see if I could get some info on a tree saw I purchased last year. Keith was in the back working on something. He was very welcoming as well as the gal working out front (I didn’t get her name) Keith very quickly finished up a job he was working on while asking what I needed. I got a lot more than I expected. He went above and beyond to answer questions I had about my product. He showed me how to do regular maintenance on my product and helped me get a new chain put on. Not to mention that I have to put bar oil in it (who knew). Thank you Keith for taking your time to work with me. I very much appreciate you!! Definitely need more people like you!!!

Home Depot-Woodhaven Mi has a whole new friendly, customer service oriented attitude going on and it’s wonderful!!! Everyone is helpful friendly knowledgeable and just awesome!!!

I rarely have such a bad experience at a store that I feel the need to go out of my way to write a negative review but this is definitely one of those times. After asking someone from lumber to help me get a picnic table to bring up front to check out I was told to go through the checkout process first and then check out what have them bring out my order and load it into my truck directly. I did exactly that I pulled up where they told me two in the loading area and I patiently waited. After waiting more than 30 minutes I went to the store to ask what was going on with my order. The person who originally had checked me out was no longer there so they asked to see my receipt because they had no knowledge that they were supposed to bring something out for me. I explained what was going on and they said they would get someone to bring it right out for me. I ended up waiting over an hour all together to have a picnic table loaded into my vehicle. I have no problem being patient but having someone wait over an hour after they had already checked out is in my opinion absolutely ridiculous.

Home Depot was extremely helpful snd answered all of my questions professionally so a novice would understand

Bought both a chainsaw and a walk-behind mower.

Store has good quality of products and inventory. All the staff are great.

Visited the paint department to purchase new colors to update my home. Was greeted and assisted by Amaya. I showed her pictures of the rooms to be painted and gave her full control to choose the colors. The colors she chose really modernized and brought everything back to life again! Her eye for color matching and selecting colors to go with decor is amazing. I will seek her advice for all future paint projects.Will also recommend her and Home Depot to family, friends acquaintances. Thanks Amaya!!

Everytime I go into Home Depot the aisles seemed to stuffed with displays making it difficult to continue down the aisle.

Jason and Katie went above and beyond to help help we with me needs and was able to get me the items I needed and they were happy to do so

We purchased made to order blinds and our salesperson, Mr. Herzog, was friendly, helpful and professional. He was very knowledgeable and informative and made the process so easy.
