Nathan (Mgr) was OVER THE TOP helpful and accommodating. I had an emergency heating issue just before they closed and couldn't get there in time. I'm a Service Connected Disabled Vietnam Veteran, he went OVER AND BEYOND to meet me outside with the needed part but more importantly offered to pay for it because the cashier machines time out after store closes. Luckily, and with his guidance I was in their system, Yes, a loyal "Depothead", veterans discount and all, paid for it with card and my elderly friend, who's furnace went out (just before EVERY store closed :-( ) did NOT have to suffer a very cold, frigid night(s). Thanks Nathan

had a wonderful experience at the store with the older employee who was very helpful with our water heater questions he was great.

The staff at homedepot was extremely helpful. He helped us in buying a brand new oven. Our local homedepot is full of kind and helpful people. I highly recommend a visit and buying your household goods!

The local Home Depot in Woodland has their inventory organized neatly and easy to locate. The abundance of various materials makes it easy to shop for a project. My wife and I are first time homeowners and have already made several visits and plan on coming back for more shopping.

Filled out survey, just wanted to give a shout out to Veronica- cashier. Great customer service. Fast, efficient, and friendly. When we couldn't find something, associates were closer by to assist. Liked not having to look for someone. Overall, great visit.

Home Depot staff at the Woodland location have a very positive, "how can I help" attitude. It's an environment that makes the difference in terms of Customer Service. It clearly impacts the desire to come back.

Not just the closest store but the best home improvement anywhere near by. Found product I needed with ease. When I needed assistance when I needed it store was clean and always is. store clerks was helpful and friendly as they always are.

Generally speaking the folks who work at this store are friendly, knowledgeable and thus very helpful! After shopping here, I tend to leave feeling good and look forward to my next visit.

This Home Depot in my experience has excellent customer service and providers an overall pleasurable shopping experience. The organization and overall vibe of the store seems better than other Home Depots.

I just want to let everyone know that I was so appreciative to Frank , Carlie and Carlos for ALL the help I had on the 6th of April. We were doing a community project and needed a lot of supplies. Frank helped me not only get those supplies but gave us a donation to help. Carlie was so excited for us and happy to help and Carlos was awesome and getting our paint together. I was going to complain but you know what. Its been the same problem since the store has been open and there has been no change. You guys just suck at what you do. Came in to get two items on ad and they were not there. Tried for 10 minutes to find some help in the nursery dept. but had no luck there either. Please don't try to contact me because you know and I know that nothing is going to change.

I wanted to write a review about my experience with getting a new kitchen counter top with the Woodland Home Depot. While I had problems with the installation, Home Depot made sure that it was taken care of in a timely manner. They listened to my concerns and contacted the subcontractor and the problem was taken care of. Problems such as I had don't happen that often as I learned but it did happen and Home Depot made sure it was fixed. The manager at the Woodland Home Depot worked it out with the subcontractor and I did not have to. I would highly recommend Home Depot for a kitchen counter top installation. Counter tops are an investment and Home Depot made sure that I ended up with my money's worth. Without Home Depot, I think many times it can be hard to find a good contractor and to not get ripped off. Even if you study all about kitchen counter tops, it gets confusing. You want to get the best bargain and know that the contractor will do what he says he will do for you. With Home Depot, you can be assured that that will happen. It did for me without having to go to small claims court and all of the worry and work and money that can be. I greatly appreciate Home Depot for that!!

While not everything is in store, the online/in-store mix makes purchasing easy. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Could use more staff in some areas, but for the most part Great Store!

All the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable there and want to make sure you find what you need.

The people that work at the pro desk (Carlee, Lance, and Andy) are awesome! They help get me in and out everyday so that I can get on the job quicker. They also are great at ordering whatever I need and getting it to me quickly!

The best store to buy from.

The woodland store 1068 is a great store but could increase its focus on the type of customers that shop there, more items to match what the Natomas and west Sacramento stores have. so we don't have to go 30-50 miles to buy what we need.

I love this store. The location is easy to get in and out of. The employees are always cheerful. The store is always neat and well stocked.

Better than the Vacaville store.
