The morning weekend "managers"(laughable) are not very motivated to help or keep customers happy. The regular folks who actually have to load or work the check out counters though, are AWESOME!!!! Get some LEADERS that care about repeat customers and lower level employees.

Home Depot employees in this Woodland store are exemplary. We were assisted by John in the Lumber Department. He helped us figure out the quality and quantity of lumber we needed and took the time to help us pick out exactly the wood pieces we needed for our project. He made suggestions that were helpful. He was very knowledgeable and professional- we are so satisfied!

This is a fully-stocked store that is only a few mile away from my home. My go-to store.

Aurora has always been cheerful, efficient, and careful at checkout. There always seem to be more choices at the store than what I can find on the website. Very good selection in stock and rarely out of stock

Employees were nice. I was given wrong information at first, but was put on the right track by another employee.

We LOVE shopping at this home depot. Not as crowded and chaotic as other location. Employees always happy to help and direct us to things we are looking for. We have found an extremely knowledgeable design consultant that we will return to as long as she will have us. Ms. Deshan has helped us select and install blinds and has most recently helped us select and purchase a washer\dryer set. It is so nice to walk into a store with "old school" customer service. This location delivers.

So fun visiting this huge and lively store! We asked various employees for directions to the items we were looking for and they showed us easily. The store was very busy with people getting their supplies for their gardens and improvements. Such a clean and neatly laid out store and with everything easily visible. A grand experience, I will return. Everyone was very helpful and I felt that I could ask any question and get a competent answer.

NONEXISTENT customer service. Employee's only job there is too avoid helping their customer's they work hard at that. Its basically a social gathering. Products on carts, lumber department was unorganized, scrap lumber on floor really unsafe! There were 3 employees in that dept. having a great time and getting paid for it. WHAT are they there for? This place is a joke, if I had assistance I probably could have found what I was looking for. Had a wonderful, friendly, and pleasant cashier ADRIAN.

My local store only has one cashier on the weekends. I resent having to work for Home Depot by ringing up my own purchases. I worked my way through college as a cashier so I would have a better job. Now if I want to buy something at Home Depot, I have a choice of waiting in line for half an hour or working for free for the company as a cashier. I would refuse to purchase items there but it's the only hardware store in town. I would urge all customers to complain about the lack of cashiers and REFUSE to volunteer their work to the store. If we must ring ourselves up, then at least we should get a discount for using the self-service registers. The other problem is that it's pretty much a self-service store. If you can't find something, good luck finding a clerk to ask, and even if you do, it's likely that the clerk won't have any idea where to find what you need.

I think this store has good customer service at least the 3 people that helped me went above and beyond helping me out at this store. I would like to give a shout out to Norma, Evelyn, and Veronica.

Shopped here a few days ago. While no doubt others who work at this store are customer focused, Amy in appliances is knowledgeable, demonstrates caring listening, and is overall a top-notch associate who is neat in appearance and smiles. Amy integrated her insights of the appliance being requested with her positive energy in a welcoming manner which aided in a positive shopping experience. She is a team type of person who did not mind inquiring of another associate for the answer to a question I asked. My family is already pleased with performance of the appliance purchased, and thank you Home Depot for having Amy representing you.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED BY ROSS WHEN CHOOSING A SCREEN DOOR WAS PHENOMINAL! THE KNOWLEDGE BASE HE PROVIDED LED US IN MAKING AN INFORMED DECISION. WE LEFT THE STORE ECSTATIC AND CONTENT THAT WE CHOSE THE DOOR THAT WAS ESTHETICALLY APPEALING AND MET OUR SECURITY NEEDS. ROSS WAS PATIENT WITH OUR INDECISIVENESS AND POINTED US IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION! KUDOS TO ROSS AND THE STORE MANAGER WHO INFORMED US ABOUT THE SURVEY IN ORDER TO ENSURE THAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T GO UNNOTICED.

Electrical department is very nice Custumer service organized easy to find everything I like this Home Depot is 3 diferent people working on this Deparment and the 3 are good helpful when I have questions or finding material Eveline,Norma and Debra very good Custumer service and faster

Employees and Associates are very helpful, they always welcome you with a smile and ask you how they can help you. The store is very clean and products are easy to find. Associates at the paint department or any other department are helpful and answer to you any doubt or question you have. It looks that they have knowledge of the product they are selling.

Was helpful. I have wanted a new door for many years, but have an oversized weird measurement so never had. Finally decided to bite the bullet and the door team made it very easy to go through the process! I will definitely be back.

The pro desk at Woodland was awesome especially the gentleman whose name is Lance who helped me figure out my materials and gave me some tips on how to do my project. I left the store confident that I could do this project myself

I was in the store about a month ago i needed 40 sheets of osb plywood,i asked a gentleman working there for assitance,his response was that he was on his lunch and that he wasn't able to help but would send someone to assist me,i was waiting for more than 20 minutes and no one ever showed up,so i went ahead and asked one of the cashiers and told me she would call someone else so i thanked her for that but in about 5 to 10 minutes she was the one who actually offered to help me,that really surprised me because not only did she help but it was really unfair but also unexpected that a woman would have to help me lift all the material,it was not fair for her,but eitherway thank you so much for your help.att her name is Erika
