Had an issue where we required management at the cash register it took them nearly an hour to get down and help us.

Store was clean and staff was very helpful. I would use it again.

Employees go above and beyond to help folks

At a time when no one has enough staff in stores, I found it refreshing that the employees were going the extra mile to address every customer. I had a difficult to solve, time consuming issue (missing key to a toolbox I bought) and they stopped snd took time to help me address. It was nice!

Best location for indoor house plants. The selections are usually plenty and the plants are usually in good condition.

I went to this store twice today. And I got the best service ever. First Chris in the lighting department was so very nice and helped me get what I needed. He was so knowledgeable! I tried to look for a manager to tell them what a great worker he was! Then the second time I came back another Chris helped me with picking out a backsplash. He spent a lot of time measuring and sizing. And he helped me pick the perfect backsplash! I felt good when i walked out of there. Because I wasn’t made to feel like I was a problem. Or that they were too busy to help me. Thank you to both Chris’s!!

We had a good shopping experience here. The sales associate was very patient and willing to assist us as we decided on our appliance. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful throughout the store.

Friendliest employees!

WE visited 6516 on 4/28/21 and Andy A and Tiffany from the flooring dept helped us because all the product we needed was in the overheads. They got it all down, put in on a cart and walked it to the checkout for us. Then walked us out to load and as we got our truck they waited until the lot loaders came to load it for us, or they were going to do it. BEST, BEST, BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE WE EVER RECEIVED AT HOME DEPOT (and we shop here a lot). Definitely what customer service is all about and the way it used to be at Home Depot.

I love the job Home depot is doing by hiring teenagers or young adults, due to that gives them lots of opportunities to learn how to work from in a good environment and gives them responsibility. The store is really organized and is easy to locate what we are looking for. There is still room for improvement regarding to hire more employees on the gardening section due to sometime is difficult to find someone to help us but beyond that is an excellent place to go and find all we need for home.

The associates are nice peoples and professional associates, however, I feel super comfortable in this location I-45 N - SPRING, TX 77385, for many reasons, A) I was helped by a Super nice person B) Near to me, C) The store was clean and products were easy to find. D) Is very convenient to me, because this locations is close by to another location that I need to go.

Love the home and garden section, they always have new stuff and lots of things to look at too!

Very friendly staff, they are eager to help you and answer any question you have, the cashier was very friendly and helpful. I needed some assistance to load the items I bought at the store and the cashier immediately reach for two helpful young males that helped me. Very satisfied with the experience at this location.

The salesperson, Salemi, was friendly and helpful. She asked if I was a US Veteran. I showed my DD214. Salemi then thanked my for my service and applied a Military discount to my purchase. Most sales clerks never asked about my Veteran status. Salemi should be recognized for her attention to customer needs. Please make sure she receives recognition and reward she has earned. I recommend this Home Depot location without hesitation.

Employees took time to listen to my concerns and resolve my roofing issue.

Staff is extremely friendly but.... I purchased a dishwasher that the staff was unable to install ( understood). I was owed a refund for installation and haul away. It took three store trips, five hours total phone time with corporate office , and sixty (60) days to get refunded. Bad system.

A hugh selection of all the variety of items you expect in a home improvement store at fair prices. Buying on sale has saved me a lot of money over a period of 40 years. Clean restrooms.

I use several Home Depots for work and home. The Woodlands store is the Best.

This is my 7th home remodel with the help of Home Depot. I love the product selections...One stop shopping most of the time. The layout of the store and easily marked Isles save time. The employees are helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and seem to really love their jobs. I personally Love the comradery of familiar faces and short conversations and find myself sometime times secretly hope that special person is in the store when I get there. All in all- I just love my home depot.

I have been shopping there for many years. It is a great store. It is well stocked with products and the employees are friendly and helpful when I need assistance locating a product or getting expert advice related to a DIY project. Strongly recommend. Checkout is fast and easy.
