Store appears well stocked but it was difficult to find staff to assist me in my search for products I needed.

Customer service people are rude, and are not helpful. No one is willing to help you around the store. I would rather drive miles to a competition than shop here

This store is my favorite it is local to me convenient & usually always has what I need! Employees are always happy to help! It is clean, organized and obviously run very well, under good management!! Keep up the great work!!!

Clean store and usually friendly employees. However, despite its size some times certain items are not available or very difficult to find.

This review is going to go beyond the stars, but give specific incite on three superior employees who go above and beyond of anyone in any store I have ever encountered. Those three employees are Annette, Cody and Dustin. These three individuals have changed drastically the way I shop at Home Depot and truly have made my decision easy about using their products for ALL of my needs for my personal home and investment properties. They take the initiative and are proactive in gathering information, assembling the tools or team members required to complete the multiple projects I have on time and to budget, which I truly appreciate. Numerous times, they have insured my items were loaded into my truck, they conducted research in what I would need when I didn't know, find options of completing the task and overall were extremely helpful. I appreciate all they do! Truthfully if it was not for them, I would look for alternatives in purchasing items- but because of them, I stick to HOME DEPOT.

This store has been very good and kudos to the management for making sure that your cashier's customer service has been A+ on every visit so far( and I've been there alot in the last couple months)

If you are appliance shopping, make sure to ask for Myrlande. Knowledgeable, friendly and patient!

This is my local store, I spend a lot of time and money there. It is a very good store. Employees are friendly and willing to help you in anyway they can. I am a retired veteran and they never fail to thank me for my service and make sure I get the military discount.

Everyone was very knowledgeable, personable, patient and willing to help me and my family find and choose all the appropriate items for a shower remodel. Patrick and Heaven were wonderful during this process. We truly appreciated their help. Alexis was a kind and friendly cashier at checkout.

The ZEPHYRHILLS Store #8929 is very well maintained and the representatives are friendly, very willingly to help you and knowledgeable about their products and services. The store is well stocked with almost any home cleaning product and home do-it-yourself product and equipment you might need.

I would recommend this store.They have a very good selection of different products.Sometimes it is hard to find an associate if you need help.The store is always clean,products easy to find.The store employees are friendly n ready to help you.Good selection on Christmas items.

Daryl in flooring was wonderful. He explained questions we had and was very informative about the flooring we were interested in. We were going to look at Lowe’s too but Daryl sold us on the floor! Don’t hesitate to ask for him.

This store had the exact items I was looking for to update my bathrooms. The best part the vanity and faucets were on sale! I could not be happier.

I purchased over $3k LG appliances package back in June 2020 at www.homedepot.com. Waited over 11 weeks for a delivery that never showed up after receiving 2 confirmation emails on Sept 4th and 7th, 1 confirmation text on September 7th, 1 confirmation phone call on September 8th that my appliances were confirmed for delivery between 2pm -6pm. The delivery co. pulled a no call, no show. No accountability whatsoever from their customer service or delivery or resolutions team. I'm basically stuck at their mercy. It's September 9th, and after several hours and many failed attempts to find a response or a call back and/ or resolution, I still don't have my appliances. I'm not even guaranteed a delivery date. Picked up take out for my family of 5. This is the most expensive and dissapointing experience.

Superb customer service!

If I could give a negative star rating this place would get 5. Absolutely the worst customer service that I’ve ever had on my last visit on 08/21/2020. This was like the fourth time that I’ve been to this store, and every time it’s even worse than the last time that I’ve been there. When I have materials shipped to my ranch, the order is always damaged in some way. When you are trying to get help from their associates they ignore you or run in the opposite direction away from you if you have a problem or question that needs answered. Nobody acts like they even care if you ever spend a dime in the store. It’s a real shame, because I’ve never had these problems at any other Home Depot stores. However, after these experiences, I seriously question whether I want to do any business with these people. The sense of entitlement is palpable and, like a bad relationship, I am done. So done. What stuns me, even more, is that the other customers seem totally resigned to the lousy customer service experience that they get.
