Came nothing like the picture! Horrible
Ordered 6 of these, 3 were considerably smaller than the others, all were dry and not purple and one had yellowing and brown leaves. Never again ordering online plants!!

          Nice Garden Addition
Always looking to add some color to my gardens. Added this purple salvia to an empty spot near the driveway. Comes packaged in an easy open container that protects the plant during transit. Easy to plant, just make sure the location had sandy soil and plenty of sun. Used the plant packaging material and some commercial soil to plant in an area that has too much clay in the soil, to make sure the plant has the proper conditions. Nice color !

          Weak plant, not very attractive
BELL NURSERY 2.5 Qt. Purple Salvia Live Flowering Perennial Plant. I am not impressed with this plant. The plant arrived in a plant shipping box and was wrapped well to keep the soil moist and in place in the pot. Two of the flowers were broken when the plant was removed from the packaging. There were purple flowers when I toke the plant out but a few days later there were no flowers on the plant. The plant is not very attractive and looks weak almost like a lawn weed. I will have to see if the plant recovers and flowers again or stays in the dismal state it is in at the moment.

          Big Salvia
This Bell Nursery 2.5 quart Purple Salvia was packaged exceptionally well and shipped with care. The plant arrived in perfect condition. I kept it inside for a week or two as the nighttime temperatures here in Connecticut were a bit too low for me to feel comfortable planting it. We finally had a streak of warm days and above freezing nights so I dug the hole and planted it. It may be hard to tell from the photographs but it really is a beautiful plant that appears to be very healthy.

          Plant arrived stressed but alive
I chose this plant for the tolerance it normally exhibits to heat and lack of water. I'll be putting mine in a permanent pot that'll be placed on a grave site. The box arrived a little crushed but no damage to the plant was evident. The box was well designed to allow one to remove the plant easily. Once removed, the plant was enclosed in plastic wrap that was easily removed. I've since been soaking the plant with water to revive it and prior to moving the plant to it's final location.

Love this light colored purple salvia.
The BELL NURSERY 2.5 Qt. Purple Salvia Live Flowering Perennial Plant arrived in great condition nicely boxed. The Purple Salvia Perennial Plant was fully in flower and bushy. The purple salvia had great soil and a great root system structure. I love the flowers and it makes a great addition to my Florida Garden. I am in zone 9b/10 Fort Myers Florida. Highly Recommend.
