This is a good product, being able to adjust to whatever thickness the tile is. Arlington Industries has one with no back so you don't have to disconnect/reconnect the outlet, even better as it slips over the receptacle and wiring. The back could be cut out of this one.... Out of the box:)

These are my go-to boxes for new construction. They come in singles, doubles and triples. They are easier to install than the ones with nails, and should you ever need to snake a wire after construction is done you can screw the box right out of the wall and get you hand into the wall cavity. On our exterior walls we place an inch of foam board on the inside of all our these exterior walls (using one-inch spacers along door and window openings so there's solid wood to attach the sheetrock.) One single stud walls these can be screwed right on the stud with no modification. The tab that extends out the side has two points on it that let it grip the studs. On double studs we just bend the points out so they go flat against the second stud. Once firmly attached with two screws into the face of the stud and two into the side of the stud, the screw adjustment lets you move the box in and out. When installing the foam sheets, we tuck the wires inside, extend the box about a quarter inch past the stud, and press the foam into position against the wall. Pushing where the box is leaves a slight indentation that lets you know where to cut the foam. When installing the sheetrock, use the same technique by slightly extending the box and marking the edges with chalk. Punch an awl through the sheetrock from the back to mark the four corners, then cut it from the front for a clean edge.

Great for walls that may have a back splash or paneling added later.
