A very good ladder. It adjusts easily and is great for working on the stairs.
I appreciate that it fits in my car and that the steps are wider than other ladders so my feet fit without getting sore.

I had the larger model which I sold to my contractor (all of them loved it!). It was too big & heavy for me. This size is perfect for my 10 foot ceilings, lighter in weight, easier to move around. A terrific feature is that you can stand on both sides if need be.

The primary reason we purchased this ladder was for safety. We have several light bulbs in stairways that are dangerous to change. This ladder can adjust in so many ways that we can set up on stairs just like it is on flat ground and change the bulbs without any worries.

This is a well built, sturdy & versatile ladder. It is very compact & easy to store, more so than similar type ladders.

Received product in a timely manor. Soon as i opened the box I found one of the step adjuster rivets had been broken off and the little plastic cover was no there. This holds in the pull stop for extending the ladder which there are 4 of them. I needed to use the ladder right away so i went ahead and fixed the adjuster and added a new rivet next to the old hole. I found that the rivet end only sits in a approx 3/16 inch indentation within the plastic that stops the adjuster from sliding out. To me the adjuster stabilization being cheap plastic is not of good quality. I am sure that because I had to fix it that my warranty is probably no longer good. I don't know.

We bought this ladder so that we could put up paintings in a stair well. I could think of no other way to get a ladder that would work on the stairs. In that sense, we had to have it, and it worked.
HOWEVER, it is very difficult to change the angle of this ladder. I'm a pretty strong guy, but it took me and me wife, using our full force, to depress the buttons that allow you to fold up the ladder. And if you're trying to fold it up, using all your force, and suddenly it releases and closes, there's a high danger that you can seriously pinch your hands or fingers.

I can't believe I paid this much for a ladder but with all of the different functions I am sure it will be worth every penny.

I've used this ladder fuly extended for exterior home repirs and it is strong, with no flexing or lateral motion. The mechanism by which the ladder is folded or extended is easy to use and locks the extended sections rigidly into place. Standing 12 feet above ground level I feel completely secure on this ladder - more than I can say for other ladders I've used. When fully folded, the ladder is 44 inches high and stand freely on its own feet without any support - a nice bonus which simplifies storage problems. For general household use, this is the best ladder I've ever used.
