About This Product

The MILWAUKEE M18 ROCKET Tower Light/Charger is designed to deliver users a lighting solution that adapts, performs, and survives to the jobsite This light tower sets up in seconds to a max height of 7' and collapses to less than 4' for easy transportation and storage. The LED light head can be extended from 4-7' to light overhead work or minimize shadows when casting shine downward. The multidirectional light head allows users to orient the three independently pivoting light heads to cast light in several directions. With an integrated AC plug, users can plug in the light with a standard extension cord and charge any M18 REDLITHIUM pack or use the USB port to charge your devices on site. Delivering 6,000 lumens, it fills up large areas with TRUEVIEW High Definition light. For optimized control over the output and run-time, the M18 ROCKET LED Light has three output settings. The LEDs never need to be replaced and are backed by a limited lifetime warranty. Milwaukee ROCKET Tower Lights are designed to deploy in seconds and built to adapt to any job site environment. The LED light towers supply both task and area lighting as well as provide light overhead to reduce shadows in the workspace.

If you're looking for a well-built long-lasting flood light and spotlight this is the one. Recommend for all who have M18 batteries.

Better than the old Coleman Spotlight that plugged in the dash. Quite impressed
It's just as good as the old style halogen lights that plug into the dash. I'm talking the one back in the early 90s, the monster Coleman ones. I was quite impressed at the power efficiency.

        Awesome light
Super bright. Very adjustable light output. Wanted it for outdoor use around the property for after dark work, but have found myself using it for auxiliary lighting in my shop as well working on equipment and vehicles. Very versatile and i cant thank my wife enough for getting it for me as a christmas present. I wish i had bit the bullet and bought it long ago!

Amazing flashlight. Below is a pic of me using it in my backyard. The woods where the spot light is hitting are roughly 220 yards away.

        Great Light, Great Value!
As a Milwaukee tool customer with many batteries already, this is a No Brainer! works great as a work light around the house, garage, etc... AND as a spot/Flashlight, this this Rocks! I have had many flashlights over the years and this one is as powerful as I've ever had. Look up videos of this in action, It really throws a high beam farther than you would ever need. Solidly built (hey...it's a Milwaukee!), and easy to handle, and to position to where you need it. HIGHLY Recommend.

        Replaced 2 other lights!
This light has replaced the standard rocket light and my 2135-20 light, the Gen 1 of this light!!! Why? Because it is BRIGHTER, the lenses are protected by the housing when in transport mode, it remembers the light setting when you turn it on and off without having to either turn it on and choose the level or having to cycle through every time you turn it on. But MOST IMPORTANTLY it is IP54 RATED FOR WATER AND DUST INTRUSION! The 2135-20 is only IPX4 and the original rocket light does not have a rating for either water or dust! So you can't complain about the money. Your getting a way brighter light than older generations, that uses the power more efficiently, with 3 heads (versitile), that has a built in charger for M18, USB Charging capability and an IP Rating! My original M18 Rocket Light has been riding for 3 years and has been covered..no, decimated by drywall dust, concrete dust, out in mild rain, wet environments, been thrown, dropped, heaved, jammed in to travel, tossed, slid, burried under weight of other tooling and material, knocked over coutless times and all other means of abuse that a tool classified in one's mind as "its paid for itself, if it breaks, it breaks. All well." kind of tool and....it has NEVER FAILED, never broke, plastic all in tact still....it has war scars but its all there and keeps on running. Point is.....if THAT light with a single head can survive all that then THIS light should be handed down to my grand kids I bet.....if it doesn't get stolen or run over by a dozer. I'd happily pay for this light again.... for 6000/3200/700 lumens high/med/low, 3.5hrs/5hrs/10hrs runtimes and for my use its a no brainer! I use bigger batteries so my run time is longer and medium at 3200 lumens is still brighter than the original rocket light on high and its more energetic efficient! Yeah, it's a little pricey.... and I'm into hobby electronics so I know what this cost in material..... but hey its pre-built, IP Rated and offers all the benefits I mentioned above and you get a warranty and after sale service that NO OTHER BRAND CAN EVEN STAND CLOSE TO! Second to none! I can attest to that personally. BOTTOM LINE: Yes, if you're a pro, I recommend this light if you need a BRIGHT light with versitility, a great control panel, able to charge your phone (usb charging) and your M18 batteries and is IP54 RATED DUST AND WATER! Granted its a little heavy but if your a pro, you should appreciate that. If your just a "Homeowner Joe" with an occasional project this is overkill for you.... UNLESS you can use it in the backyard to keep the kids out of the house or while camping or in an unpowered out building that you spend a lot of time in etc. Basically if you're going to use it more than 2-3 times a year and you need the feature set like usb charging and M18 charging and IP54 Rating then it's justifiable.

Satisfies your lighting needs and more!!
The Milwaukee M18 rocket Tower Light is a combination of powerful lighting equipment and considerations for workers on the job put into one. In a collapsed position the light is less than 4’ which makes for easy transportation and also fits into the nice carrying case with shoulder strap. The light literally takes a few seconds to set up and reaches a max height of 7’. On it’s max brightness this beast of a light produces 6000 lumens which will effectively light up any site that is completely dark. Built into the light is a USB port to give the ability to charge items like your phone or iPad at the same time as lighting up your job site, all from the same battery. You can also plug an extension cord directly into the light which will also charge your battery at the same time. There are three different light settings and the three lights on the head of the tower light are adjustable to give lighting in three different directions at the same time. The lights weighs only 20.79 lbs which makes it very manageable to carry on site and then set up. The light is designed in a way where when you collapse the rocket head, it is protected by a protective guard so the lenses won’t get damaged. Definitely a cordless lighting game changer!! I have no power connected to a building that I am remodeling and often times we work late into the night and many of the rooms have no natural lighting so we have a huge need for ample lighting while we work. I run the light using an 8.0 High Output battery and when I only power the light the longest it has lasted on the high output setting was under 4 hours. Add charging a phone and that number will drop. Of all the work that I do, and I cover almost all the major trades, I find that I like the best lighting when I am painting, and surprisingly this light did not give any strain on my eyes after painting for an entire day. In smaller rooms this light gives better lighting than most rooms with fixtures installed. Milwaukee did a great job of designing this light from the built in options to the placement of the handles for easy carrying and transport. The light is well balanced and easy to carry on your shoulder. I even took this light on a camping trip and got close to 9 hours of run time on the low setting. I also occasionally work on movie sets and this light went with me to and really helped the entire crew to wrap up at the end of the day and make sure we got all of our equipment out of the location we were at. This light was worthy every dollar I spent to get it!!
