It is delivered upside down on a pallet, so that you assemble the axil, tires, tongue, etc. Then flip it over to assemble the side. It has several hold down inside and outside. Very well made and looks very good.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dissapointing at best. North Star used a shipping company incapable of unloading the over-sized pallet this ships on. They lacked a forklift and told me to unload it myself (600lb+ in weight) because I couldn't the item was returned. Reason given was refusal of delivery. There's much more but you get the point. I re-ordered it on the advice of a 'resolution expeditor' who made matters worse. Eventually the trailer arrived to a store and was delivered by HD. It appears to have been built by someone practicing to weld and spray paint. Obviously North Star were upset at the return and the fuss it caused them and sent me a factory second. It's terrible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very happy with purchase Trailer was easy to put together with a little patience, there are you tube videos that helped a lot. All the parts were there, it was heavy off the truck but unloaded in sections, you want it sturdy. Delivery person was very helpful. Tows very smooth, easy to manuever. Great deal in my opinion that has already paid for itself vs renting a truck.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy with trailer Very happy with trailer. Parts were heavy but driver assisted in unloading from the truck and placing in a garage. Straight forward to assemble. Two people can easily turn the trailer over and place on stands for assembling the underside but four are recommended in turning back to up right position because of the additional weight. All parts fit well although the latch assembly for holding the wire ramp upright tends to disassemble if not carefully moved in position. Trailer pulls well on the road.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great purchase The trailer was very easy to drive around with the SUV. Small enough to set it aside in our dive way and still have room for 2 cars, .

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mixed experience The trailer appears well made and durable and was easily assembled. I hauled loads in it for 500 miles. Last week as I was pulling it to pick up another load, the left wheel fell off. Fortunately it was on a dirt road without much traffic, at 20 mph, and empty. The bearings and end cap disappeared; only a shred of bearing cage remained on the axle. MIchelle at Northstar promptly sent me another hub assembly without charge, so I'm pleased with their response. They did ask whether we had bent the securing cotter pin over the castle nut holding the wheel on the axle (we had) and cautioned that tightening the nut down onto the bearings too tightly can lead to failure (we hadn't). We had also amply greased the bearings at installation. The assembly manual does advise to recheck the bearings after the first 100 miles, and I had not done that. So the failure remains incompletely resolved, but you may want to do this check, as things could have been worse.
