Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by frustrated Waste of money and time - Lab did not analyse results
Bought the test kit and started running the test the same day. Sent the test in the same day it finished via mail per the instructions. Lab claims they didn't receive it for 21 days and didn't analyse the kit. I guess its theoretically possible that the mail service took 21 days to deliver a package in the same city. But I don't believe it. Seems like a scam. Complete waste of money. DO NOT BUY.

We purchsed this and followed the provided instructions. We got a confirmation email when they received the sample and results about 5 days later. Our results were well above the EPA standard so we had a mitigation system installed.

No result from lab, no customer service. Home Depot should not carry this product.

Don't believe the nay sayers. Bought this last week. Began my test on a Tuesday and completed on a Friday, as instructed while the test was ongoing, I registered my kit along with the vial serial numbers on the pro-lab website. At completion of the test I put the vials in the self addressed prepaid envelope but as the instructions warned, don't rely on regular ol snail mail to get the kit delivered in time, or correctly. The instructions suggested I mail it using priority mail or higher to ensure expedited delivery. So that's exactly what I did, sent out that Friday afternoon via USPS Priority mail from PA to Pro Lab Florida address. It arrived Monday as the post office informed me it would. I received a confirmation email from Pro Lab stating this... the very next day I received my results via email....fantastic service and fast for standard .

Bought this kit because it was a short term kit and I wanted to get a baseline reading on Radon in the home. Put it in the mail on March 11, and as of March 21, I called and they say that they still have not received the kit. Even after they receive the vials, the processing time can be an additional two days to a week.
I'm hosed. I have two days to determine if I want to back out of this sale. At this point the test kit provides no data for me in terms of whether or not I am going to buy the house.
Waste of money.

Send the test kit to prolab 8 days ago, still haven' seen the result. Don't buy if you are using it for a new purchase because it will be too late....
NO, NO, NO

I was a bit hesitant reading prior reviews, but I had already purchased the kit. I paid the $35 lab analysis fee by credit card in case of any issues like prior reviews, as at least I might have some recourse with my credit card company if results never materialized. Everything went as outlined in their instructions. I registered kit online with them on their website, maybe that helps with turnaround time. I completed testing on a Sunday evening (after 96 hours) and filled out testing card with appropriate information and mailed on Monday morning with included postage paid envelope. By Wednesday (from MI to FL in 2 days) of the same week I received email stating they received my samples. The following Friday (9 days after they received sample) I was emailed my results. You can pay an additional fee for quicker turn around time or express shipping if you would like, but I was in no hurry.
