            A:  Thank you for your inquiry! Frist remove any existing weeds. Then sprinkle Preen down around your plants (not directly over top) you just want to sprinkle as is you were seasoning food or applying grass seed. Once sprinkled, apply water to activate either by hose or irrigation system (a general 10 minute watering is suffice) or you if you are expecting rain you can let the rain water it in to activate the Preen.               A:  Preen Garden Weed Preventer prevents weed seeds that are listed on the label from germinating when applied according to label directions. Rhubarb weed is not a weed that is controlled by Preen in garden and lanscaping beds. We recommend contacting your local county cooperative extension agency for further assistance. Thank you!
