Has been 2 months since installed and so far we are very pleased with the Bosch. Produces ice rapidly but would have liked to have access to the ice bin to fill coolers, etc. otherwise no issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our refrig is working extremely well. It does what it's suppose to do. Keeps food frozen or cold, whatever we desire. The refrig is well made, stylish and stands out from other refrigerators. Ice maker cranks out ice, not like our previous Sansung. My wife and I know we made the correct purchase when bought our Bosch refrigerator.

We've had our fridge for a few months now and we mostly love it. The interior space is well laid out and actually fits more than our previous, larger fridge. The freezer drawers have no frills or special compartments, which is slightly disappointing, but they work well enough. The two real issues we've had: the fridge is actually a few degrees warmer than the displayed temperature (confirmed with two separate thermometers). Lowering the tempa few degrees was a simple fix. The most annoying issue is the ice maker, which chooses to make crushed ice seemingly at random. It works sometimes and it gives cubed ice ther rest. I would have thought Bosch would have been more reliable than that, but otherwise we love our purchase.

Love the fridge, looks high quality and has more interior space than our G.E fridge. Unit is very quiet and the vegitable drawers keep things very fresh. My only wish would be that the sealing flap on the right door would be on the left door. We open the right door more often and the right door causes the left door to open slightly. So far we are very satisfied.

Only con is that French doors are not soft close- they need a little extra push to ensure they are closed and keep getting left open just a bit. When only open a small degree, the alarm does not work nor phone alert

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm still getting used to the French doors on this fridge. It has a significant amount of space, but it feels like less than I had before. I wish the shelving on the doors was designed better. Some of the shelves are so short on the edge that things fall out when the door is opened. The freezer portion is wonderful. It is plenty deep to hold several frozen chickens in addition to everything else. The freezer portion is more than I expected.

I love my refrigerator it is so quiet and so much roomier then my old one. The drawers are so smooth to open and close. The outside doors close so nice and tight. It goes so nice with my Bosch dishwasher. Love love love it

There is a problem with the ice maker which the technician’s (2 so far) that Bosch has provided have been unable to correct. Plus Bosch Customer Service has not been able to help in resolving the problem. Home Depot sold us the refrigerator and unless this problem is resolved by Bosch, will be our next contact. We feel that you have a responsibility to stand behind the products that you sell. As your Motto states in this email, “A Better World Through Better Products “.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only reason I give it a 4 is door on right where you would put your milk has to be firmly pushed to close. We have found our selves not closing it completely numerous time since we purchased a month ago. We love the auto fill bottle feature that fills 12 oz bottle.

So far,so good. I have only had it a little over a month, but so far so good. I was concerned with the color--as our old GE was Slate color. This is not that far off and not noticable. The door closing seemed a little stiff, however it only takes some getting used to. I was origionally worried with only 1 ice maker (our old GE had two) because we use a lot of ice, but so far so good. I empty the ice into another tray in the freezer daily and it keeps up with us. It is very stylish, and no one can even tell it replaced our old Slate GE.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this Bosch refrigerator last month and we love it. This replaces a Samsung that had lots of little quirks. The Bosch is much more functional, it looks great and it has so much more usable room in the top and bottom. I really like the "bottle fill" water feature. I've programmed it to automatically fill my large water cup so I don't have to stand in front of the fridge while it's filling. The icemaker is super fast and super quiet. In short, we're very happy with this purchase.

Excellent refrigerator. Shelf configuration allows flexibility. Water and ice dispenser is a big plus. Internet access allows for online monitoring.

This is an amazing refrigerator. Many different ways to arrange shelves. Filtered water and ice is a plus. Internet connection provides information.
