This is the second Brondell Bidet we have purchased. This newer one if for an elongated seat toilet. I fully expected to have water leaks, and last one was problematic, but dry so far. Just installed last night, so not long track record. Seems to work as well as the other one but larger seat area is nice. Plumbing is always awkward and generally in tight locations but with patience and time it came together.

A little stronger water stream would be nice.

This is our second one. We liked the first one so much we put one in another bathroom. Easy to get in the habit of wash and dry rather than wipe and wipe. Product is easy to install, but follow the directions. Make sure the rubber pieces that sit on the toilet didn’t fall out in the box. Works well.

This is the best appliance I have installed in my Bathroom ever. It works, easy to install, once I got past my old plumbing. I feel so fresh and clean, my underwear will be fresh and clean. I will save money on toilet paper and premoistened wipes. I'm an older women (72) and wakeup kind of stiff in the morning, my life has now become easier, fresher, cleaner. The bidet is very simple to use, where has it been all my life. Thank you, Thank you.

Easy install, great value

A simple seat, you can sit on it when it's down (so many bidets you can't sit on the lowered seat top!), and it's just one simple knob. I wouldn't recommend it for beginners, the water can be alarming and the force is high, but I've had bidets for years and I just don't want all the breakable bells and whistles.

So much better than our previous bidet which was a under the seat model. Super stable and gets the job done with a very targeted spray.

This is the first time I owned a bidet. I am happy with my purchase. Very easy to install. Before my purchase, I read the reviews and a concern was that the control knob was cheap and would wear out in a year. The control knob is very cheap and my hopes are that it will last longer than a year. That is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I have owned it for a few weeks now and it works very well. A side note, even though the water is not heated like the more expensive models, I found that it is not necessary.

Worked great and then the on off knob just freely spun and water would not stop spraying. Expected it to last more than a year. Very comfortable and worked well until it broke

I am using it for some time now, it is simple to install and use. But what i have started noticing over last couple of months is that turning the bidet knob is not as smooth as it used to be. Now the knob is broken and I can't seem to find a replacement solution for the knob. Without the replacement knob, it is worthless as bidet seat and i would have to replace the entire seat. Appreciate if the support team can provide a replacement knob to fix this minor issue.

This was a quality, toilet seat and bidet that met all my expectations and was easy to install. it was also priced well.

The essential operation knob is made of chip plastic rendering the use of the bidet useless. The knob should be made of metal 100% instead of 50% plastic. Brondell compromises a potentially great product by the usenof a chip plastic knob. Beware.

Works better than I expected

This bidet seat is easy to install on an existing toilet. There is not a power outlet near our toilet so we didn’t want an electric bidet. No electricity is needed for this seat. Using only the water hook up to get an adjustable pressure front or backside wash. The water temperature is comfortable for us and the control knob is easy to reach and use.
