Disappointed the door was a lot more scratched and gashed than we first thought. Was not sure if it was due to shipper or manufacturer. I am more inclined to belive the manufacture was to blame.

Product met my expectations. The problem I had was getting the door without damage. The first 3 doors were damaged from shipping company. The 4 door was damage but acceptable for my project. Christina and Loren at the service desk could not have been more helpful to me.

This is the forth one I have bought using this one for a pocket door One was use as a barn door Two where hinged and Hung in a door frames

Love the look. Only problem I have is removing the protective film from the windows. Will need to use a razor blade to ensure I get the small pieces at the frame.

Some of the mullions were a little crooked and the door was damaged from shipping but I ended up trimming the bottom to fit the frame and removed the damaged area. Generally a nice door.

This is a beautiful wood door. I had a handyman drill the hole for the knob and put the hinges on. I painted it white, and I absolutely love it!

I ordered the pockets doors 3 times and waited at least 8 weeks the first time. When I picked up the doors and got them home they were damaged. I returned them and ordered a them again and they too were damaged. The third time I ordered the doors from a different company. Those doors were fine. It.

I know this sounds harsh but truly if I had known it would take so long I would have just purchased this from a local door shop. and Still Waiting for the door!

Square and plumb and well constructed. Solid wood. Glass had a thin plastic film on both sides which made painting a breeze.

These doors are beautiful!

2nd set of these I have installed. Sturdy doors.And when you are painting them, go ahead, slop paint on the glass.. When you are done, peel off the protective coating. Tadaa!! Clean glass.

Door met my expectations, but getting it was a three month saga. First two that were sent were turned away at the store due to “damage” that no one could verify. The third one was slated to be returned, but I insisted that I personally see it. It had a very minor chip on the corner, so usable.

Quality door for the money. More solid than I expected which was a nice suprise. There is film on the glass on both sides so you can paint or stain it with no worries about cleanup. Be careful when taking off the file though...the glass does scratch relatively easily.

It was a great product for the price. I painted the doors white and spray the clear glass with mirror effect spray to create an aged mirror look.

This is a very solid & straight door. I didn’t have any issues sizing it to the opening or adding the finish. I did find the window film to be a significant plus to when cleaning the windows prior to installation.

Quality of wood is good and the plastic coverings on glass panels made painting cleanup easier. I had a contractor install the door’s hindges and knob. I used it as an inside door to allow natural light into a room with none, and privacy wasn’t a concern because of the room’s placement.

Good quality doors. I used them as pocket doors. I painted them white and the masking included on the windows worked beautifully.

Beautiful door to replace in our early 1900s home. Loved how the windows had a seal on them to make painting much easier!
