No Soundproofing Underlayment is Compatible
If you look at the MWP installation guide on the Home Depot website, it says that for sound control, an underlayment of 2mm or less with a density of 11.4 lbs / ft3 to 13 lbs / ft3 must be used. A product that fits this critera does not seem to exsist. I spent days looking for it through internet searches and the one product I found was only sold in Ireland. For anyone out there thinking about using an underlayment for cushioning and/or soundproofing, this is not the product for you.

Color of Maverick absolutely terrible.
Its so frustrating ordering loads of flooring that takes a month to come in, only to have it look nothing like the sample or even like itself for that matter. Something with the manufacturing is messed up because these pieces do not coordinate at all. Look how some are cool gray and some are a warm brown. It looks ridiculous paired together. Do not buy until they fix this problem.

Always suggest Reviewing all room scenes and pictures attached to each product listing page. The E-commerce sized samples are board width x 7" and relatively small in size so sometimes challenging to view the true color as there is beautiful color range and variation in French Oak Sliced face veneers. Suggest ordering several samples as the color range can be viewed in a large room scene image featuring 400+sf of installed hardwood vs a small sample.

Easy to install, love the color (Rockaway French Oak), great product for the price. Our house is still in progress so we haven't lived on the floors yet but so far so good and would recommend.

We went with the Crown French Oak 1/2” and it is a great looking product… very little waste so far.. I’ve laid about 400 sq feet.

Beautiful Affordable Flooring
We've used other engineered hardwood flooring brands before, but this brand has the highest quality we've come across yet. The floor is very durable and looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend this flooring for anyone who wants to try engineered hardwood.

EXCEEDS OUR EXPECTATIONS!
The quality of this product far exceeded our expectations! Each box had just the right variety of lengths to easily install this floor ourselves. We'd sampled many others before we decided to buy, but we love how the soft, natural color and the rustic vibes of this riff cut Malibu wide plank flooring compliments our German cabinetry nicely.

Beautiful Floors
I'm a spec builder and installed 2300 sq ft of this flooring throughout my newest project. Believe me when I tell you, WOW. These floors like 3x expensive than they actually are. On top of that, my flooring guy was thrilled with the quality and ease of install on these floors. He used both nail and glue, and they are not going anywhere. Thoroughly happy with this purchase.

Beautiful flooring
I had to replace my existing hardwood floors due to a water leak. So my budget was limited and someone mentioned Home Depot. My initial thoughts no way will I find anything of quality that I’ll like there, boy was I wrong. I read the reviews and most had positive feedback. So I thought I check it out. I loved the Malibu rockaway and they are gorgeous. Glad I took a look. The installer said they were easy to work with. We’ll see how they hold up.

Malibu Mavericks
This flooring is absolutely beautiful! Excellent quality. We glued and stapled and it is very quiet and feels nice under foot. The boards are unique and color/patterns vary a lot-be sure to open several boxes at a time to mix and match.

These floors look great and are durable.
We installed the French Oak Tunitas in our new home remodel. They have natural texture to them making them look great, like real solid oak floors. The installation was easy, follow the guidelines for some beautiful floors. Happy we went with this product, we get the durability of the engineered product with the beauty of natural oak!

All around poor product
Do not buy. I installed 1500 sq ft throughout my house only to find the ends pulling apart after 4 months. I am left with large gaps between floorboards and the floor is incredibly squeaky when you walk on it. The companies warrantee also requires that a transition be placed between EVERY room (cannot run flooring continuously through house). If you buy, make sure you read the warrantee IN DETAIL first to make sure it will work for you bc you cannot install this like normal flooring.

Good quality but color inconsistent staining
I ordered a sample, then a full box of the Tunitas color before buying enough for our whole first floor (over 2000 square feet). My floors arrived earlier this week and the color is wayyy off. I have opened about 5 boxes and every box is a slightly different color and none of them match the sample. That being said it seems like decent quality and it was easy to slide together.

Easy To Install, Very Durable
The Malibu Wide Plank French Oak Mavericks 3/8 in thick flooring was easy to install. The flooring was very durable, especially since we had to take it up and then put it back down a few times. We did a floating install and not a glue down. However we are going to do the glue down method for the stair landing.

French Oak Crown 1/2" tongue and groove
Ordered this from HomeDepot.com. It was shipped to the local store and we picked it up. Installed this in our TV room in fall 2022. The flooring is very well made and well packaged. We did not have a problem with any of the pieces. It comes in varying lengths, which is nice. We used the floating install method. Glued the tongues and grooves as we went along. My wife is very happy with the outcome. It is a good product and the price is not cheap but you get what you pay for.

Great Floor
Lovely floor with beautiful, not too drastic variation between the planks. I like the texture and color a lot (my photos are of the Tunitas color). Great product and was easy to put together. We stapled them down ourselves. The sizes were perfect and we produced very very little waste and are able to return a few boxes.

French Oak Mavericks - 7 1/2" tongue and groove
Great quality and easy to install. We used the staple down method for the 1/2" tongue and groove, which gives the floor a very solid feel. The various sizes allow for very little waste, so we were able to return several boxes. The colors were considerably lighter than the samples we picked up at the store, but we're still happy with the overall look and feel.

French Oak Rockaway 3/8 in. T x 6-1/2
Gorgeous floors, very happy about the choice of French Oak Rockaway, they look great and are high quality. They look lighter in person that in the photos we took but overall very close to the product photos. It was a bit of a pain to order in batches because they kept going out of stock but overall it all worked out.

French Oaks Mavericks 3/8 in. x 6.5 in
We received the Mavericks Floor and recently installed. My father and I are installing together and he is an experienced installer and is very happy with the quality. I think that this flooring would look great in any home, but especially beachside or cottage-style homes. The quality is very nice and very little waste with installation. Installation was very simple. We enjoy the finished look. This flooring meets my expectations. I added several photos with different lighting.

we had these floors installed in January in the kids bedrooms and loved them. the floors held up well in the bedrooms despite the kids. so we had thrm installed in our family room as well. We adore the floors.

Everything we hoped for
This hardwood was very easy to install. We did a little over 1500 sq ft of it. We had only a couple bad pieces out of everything we ordered. It's lightweight and durable for an engineered hardwood. Would buy this product again.

Excellent choice at a reasonable price
We love how this floor looks in our home! We needed to brighten our rooms and it did the job. The color is perfect. Our installer was able to stain our transition pieces to match the floor color perfectly. We really like the 7.5“ wide width and the long planks. It has exceeded our expectations. I think the packaging was excellent as we found no damage to any of the 39 boxes we ordered.
