Love Milwaukee tools m18 and m12 but this was a huge disappointment. Gonna buy a corded model asap. Not enough heat for amount of battery usage. Not sure their intentions for this model's usefulness for customers.

The gun is small and it's battery operated which is what I wanted unfortunately it lacks power and enough heat to do what it needs to do for me.

Gun heats fast and works great. Only thing I personally think it needs is more air flow

I have a wall covered with Milwaukee tools, and this is the first tool I ever returned. It has all the build quality one would expect from Milwaukee, but it just doesn't get the job done. I had to put the nozzle right against the wire to even use heat shrink tubing. It's just underpowered, even with the big 5 amp hr battery.

Small easy to use, activates heat right away. Handle for easy accommodation

The heat gun worked just as the corded version. Heated up conduit on site that did not have power yet. The minimal bends required on the site, bringing our generator and hot box was overkill. It worked like a charm and a great addition to our ever-growing Milwaukee arsenal.

If you are looking to replace your "plug-in" heat gun this is a great option. I found that it doesn't heat like an electric one, but that is to be expected. All in all a great addition to any Milwaukee family!

Has no power Can’t even work on shrink wrap

Great little heat gun. It’s nice not to have the power cord. Battery seams to last long enough to get the job done.

I love my other Milwaukee tools and they get the job done. But I’m disappointed in this heat gun, not good for big projects. I tried heating up a 1/2” PVC and won’t even heat up, so my heating blanket did the job. I only use it on heat shrinks and expander PEX tubing type-A and got the job done.. If it gave enough heat it would have been better but not. It also drains the battery faster. I don’t recommend this product, just a ripe off ….

This compact cordless heat gun is one of my new favourite tools. I have used it many times in the 2 weeks I have had it.

Works well for small jobs, such as small shrink tube on light guard wires on my tailer wires. Not enough heat or fan power for much else. It is handy not needing an extension cord but, I personally wish I bought something else.

We purchased these to help our technicians thaw frozen HVAC Coils quicker and it did not heat up enough for that purpose. I can see other applications working better but it did not heat up enough for us.

Best heat gun ever. I was on the fence buying this. But I’m glad I did. Works well and fast. I was happy with how focused the heat is coming out of the unit. I was able to even use it to repair my iPhone camera.

Great tool. You will want to use a 5.0 battery or larger

Works better than expected. It heats quickly and is super handy not to have to rely on a corded unit that is not as flexible where and how it can be used.

Heats up fast and works very well. Cordless is the way to go for the small jobs.

I love Milwaukee tools but this heat gun was a real disappointment. Using it to heat shrink electrical connections takes forever don’t waste your money. I own about 20 Milwaukee tools and love the quality but this product is junk!
