Easy to install. Works good. Home Depot is very good at mail order. No problems in all of my orders.

Awesome shower head!
This is a fantastic shower head! The shower head arrived the day after we ordered it, which was awesome. Definitely eliminates chlorine in water - I can tell the difference in how soft my skin is and how much better my hair looks. It was incredibly easy to install and came with everything needed to install in minutes. I want one on every shower in our house now and would definitely recommend this shower head. The aromatherapy scent is an added bonus - it smells great!

real nice shower head system
My father in law has extremely hard water but refuses to get a water softener. Showering there was awful. It slightly softens the water gives a real nice flow rate and makes showering a normal experience. Easy to install on in 3 minutes. I can do with out the aroma bar but very nice product. It does help
