As for the drum, there are several grades of stainless steel in the market and the ones that we use on our drum are highly resistant to corrosion. It's unlikely that the drum would rust provided that proper care and maintenance is being observed. While most customers are satisfied with the suction power of this vac, you may return the vac to Home Depot store within 90 days of purchase. This vacuum is rated at 155 CFM suction power. Additionally, there are several factors that can affect actual airflow, including turbulence in the hose and wands. With that being said, if you need a vac with higher CFM, you may contact us directly so we can help you find one suitable for your needs. Hello That guy, Thanks for writing a review and we’re sorry to have learned your issues. The filter bag and wet filter for the WD10600 vacuum is not included. Because, first the filter bags are optional for you to use, you need to use the bags if you are picking up fine dust. However, you can just use the VF5000 or VF6000 filter in exchange of using a filter bag if picking up fine dust. Also, the wet filter is used if the liquid you are picking up have solid debris in it. If the liquid you are picking up is just plain liquid you can just remove the paper filter and use the vacuum to pick up the liquid. Just always remember to install back the paper filter if you will be picking up solid debris after. . While a lot of users are happy with the performance of this vac and we're not certain what job you're using the vac for, you may need a vac with higher CFM. The higher the CFM, the more efficient it will pick up debris. This vac is rated at 155 CFM suction power. Additionally, there are several factors that can affect actual airflow, including turbulence in the hose and wands, restrictions on airflow where the cleaning tool meets the floor or other surface, increased resistance due to the bag filling with dirt, as well as filter loading.
