It is a large capacity dryer - larger than I expected, actually. Seems to dry clothes well, but you can't fill it to capacity and expect it to dry everything thoroughly with one cycle. You need to leave room for air flow. If you are mindful of putting in a reasonable size load, the machine does it's job. Not too loud. Overall I am pleased.

We are sorry you are unhappy with the design of the Washer. The Department of Energy standards state how much water any water-based appliances can use, and our washers meet all of their stringent guidelines. We would recommend balling up the clothing similar to the size of a soccer ball, and place around the agitator one at a time. We would also recommend stacking it up so it is around the sides and the agitator plate is visible with all of the clothing around it. Do not fill up past the 2nd to last row of holes in the basket to help avoid overloading. The bulky cycle will allow more water to enter the tub, but will not spin on the highest spin setting. We are sorry that you are unhappy with the design, and can note your concerns.

So we’ve only had this dryer for about 2 weeks now, but over all I’m pleased with this purchase. It’s still early for an in-depth review but so far so good. It dries well. It buzzes pretty loud when it’s done which is fine by me since the dryer is in the basement level and I can hear it on the other levels of the house. Hopefully it continues on with no issues. The only issue I had was how filthy it was on the inside. It was covered in dust on the inside and took several Clorox wipes to clean out. I posted a pic of 3 of the wipes. There were also some blemishes on the inside but it doesn’t seem to have any effect on the dryers function so I guess it’s fine. Make sure to clean before use.

Very quiet and easy to install. I appreciate all the choices for settings.
I purchased a semi ridged vent with attachment which made it really easy to attach to dryer.
Forget using metal ring to attach vent.
Need to use this dryer longer for a final review

Whirlpool is a brand I trust. I normally pick something like this for my rental units. This will be my second of this model. I have had the first one for 3.5 years without a problem. It has enough features to take good care of your clothes. Auto dry saves energy. It is also a work horse, if you have a big family or big comforters. If you land up installing it yourself make sure to follow the venting directions. You will save money on energy costs and reduce the chances of a lint fire. We had it installed with the free delivery. [ plug and vent set are extra] The guys that did it were extremely nice and professional.

Garbage- DO NOY BUY
I bought this dryer back on January 28, 2023. It stops blowing hot air yesterday May 15th 2024.
When they say one year warranty, you are actually spending hundred for trash.

LOVE the 2 in 1 feature!
