I shop at Home Depot very often since buying a new home earlier this year. I went back to return and item I had bought extra and didn't need. When at the store several days prior, I had forgotten or somehow dropped an item off my cart when leaving and didn't realize it until I was home and already mid project and not able to return immediately. When making my return for another item from the same purchase, I mentioned this to the cashier and they were able to refund me for the item which was very nice and unexpected. While it wasn't the most expensive item, it was still nice to not be out the funds and have nothing to show for it. The cashier Dan was very helpful and I greatly appreciate the extremely kind gesture. Also, there was a greeter Steve at the front door who was nice enough to show my daughter a little magic trick before we entered that she loved and blew her mind. Great experience all around!

My shopping experience was amazing! Elizabeth was super helpful and friendly. It is rare to find really good cashiers who are ADA friendly. A big shout out to her for tirelessly helping me reach items, bagging my items, and placing everything carefully on my powerchair. Nothing broke on the way home. She was always offering different ways to help so I never had to ask. Love the gorgeous pots I bought and pretty hibiscus. Will definitely come back

I bought a plant 4 months ago and it’s still alive today!

I got a scrub for my bathroom a week ago and it worked so much! My bathroom looks so clean and brand new

I got a product to wash my car and it works so much, Celia gave me that product

I had a question about a toolbox and was walked from hardware to the cashier to customer service, to gardening, back to the cashier and finally to the store manager, each time I was not introduced to the next person, I was simply dropped off and said, "they can help you". Finally, the store manager, Rosa, was not interested in making a sale, did not check stock on the item or offer to order an out of stock item.

I strongly recommend shopping at Home Depot to everyone because of the many positive qualities there, the staff are knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. Products needed are always there at reasonable prices, I don't shop anywhere else.

Fantastic customer service today at the Fairmount store from associate Dan. He was very helpful in directing me to the correct product I was shopping for and in patiently answering all my questions. He even helped me through a quick expedited check out. Thank you Dan!

I scheduled a delivery for 8am - 10am it’s 9:44 no delivery, no status update, AND I’ve been on the phone over 30 minutes trying to get the status myself. Not good.

I love all of the staff in the window and appliances section. They were personable and fun to be around especially Claudia, Will and Jerry as well as the assistant manager Mauricio.
