Made several trips to this store looking for items to complete and upholstery project. I am set and will complete it in a few days. This store is convenient.

Michael in Electrical went above and beyond in helping me find the Lutron Caseta Fan Switches & Dimmers that I needed for my electrician, that was working on installing 2 sets of ceiling fans at my condo. Michael took the time to check if more were available in the system. Then he came out to the floor, got a step ladder, and physically checked above the isle. In addition, he also was able to find me an Artic Air Personal Cooler. He gets 10 out of 10 for service. He even walked me to checkout.

We love coming to this Home Depot! Alexis has ALWAYS been extremely helpful, Professional and Kind! Today her suggestions helped us to Amazingly finish our Construction project and to provide incredible results to our Clients! Thank you Home-Depot for having such Outstanding Team Member as Alexis!

There are 5 HD stores close by, but this one is by far the very best. Great staff, CLEAN, organized and seldom any lines. I'm always asked by someone "how can I help you". That goes a long way in my book!

I bought small dewalt skill saw couple months ago,I am so happy with it, I used in a dozen of small projects it makes my job easier.....I love it!!!!

this is a convenient location for me. I'm as not offended by the day laborer gunk that is the street face of this HD as I am by the lack luster effort out of the young inexperienced 'associates' that this iteration of HD management has managed to bring on board to be the slinking around luke warm bodies dressed in orange aprons pretending to be of service!!! if i'm lucky when i get here to shop it's not too busy and I can get in and out without having to interact with the 'help' too much. there is the occasional decent exchange with a cashier who is shamelessly angling for a good review. because this is likely a high theft store due to the transient population around, there seems to be an air of un-trust amongst the staff...especially mid-management and the assumption that something is awry seems to be the general consensus when you approach the return counter....especially if your not too 'clean looking' i wish this store would step it's game up

I WAITED THREE HOURS AND THEY DID NOT CONTACT ME LIKE WHAT WAS PROMISED A HALF HOUR BEFORE. MY FRIGERATOR DELIVERY WAS RESCHEDULED FOR MONDAY. SO I WILL HAVE TO WAIT 3 MORE HOURS. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALREADY HAD TO WAIT 4 DAYS FOR DELIVERY.

There was an awesome sale on the Laurel Oaks 7 piece dining set so the inventory was going like hotcakes. I had purchased the set and Joanne C in dept 28 went over and above to not only find the inventory of my purchase but to ensure we knew she had not forgotten about us. She exhibited excellent customer care skills and made what could have been a very frustrating trip something that was not even a blip in our day. Thank you Joanne for all you did!

Purchased a storage shed today. Walked into the garden center and was immediately impressed. Clean, organized, and well stocked. Tom and Marvin (Fairmont HD) were extremely helpful. Great customer service.

Came in on memorial day to buy a garden hose went to check out showed my veterans ID card to get my veterans discount but was told no you have to have it on your phone I’ve always just showed my ID card at check out at Home Depot but times are a changing who cares if you’re a veteran put it on your phone

I went to the garden center today and was greeted by Gale who was beyond friendly and attentive. She showed interest in my excitement for gardening since im new at it and told me everything i would need for my veggies to succeed. I left so happy and will be returning! After a long work day there is nothing better than amazing customer service. I also walked around the store and was assisted by a manager and another worker who were also super kind! This store just has the most helpful people!

Two of the self-checkout attendants, one of them is Angelina; were quick to resolve the issue with missing SKU and helped me type them into the checkout terminal.

I ordered a new front door, screen and bifold door. I worked with Mark in Millworks. He's extremely knowledgeable and professional. He answered ALL of my questions and was so patient with me since I changes my order a few times. I would highly recommend him!!!

I went there with an issue with my window spring. Mark helped me, trying to fix it. His partner also helped me find an alternate item. Then they gave me valuable advice on how to repair my door, including finding me the exact item I need and send me home with detailed information.

I had some issues with Home Depot online and spend 3-4 hours on the phone with various reps before they recommended heading to the store for further help. I am so glad I went to the store and met Lori & Theresa, upon entering they offered me a bottle of water as they could see I was already frustrated with the amount of time spent on the phone with HD.com. They offered me quick and helpful solutions to my customer service problems that I was told on the phone were not solvable. They are awesome!!

Ester waited for me to grab one last item i forgot on checkout. She was very kind.

I have been to every single HD store in San Diego County. All of them. If I have the option, I will ALWAYS choose this store. They have the kindest and most helpful staff. They remember your name when you're a regular and the level of service is pretty consistent with very few bad eggs over the years. I have been coming to this store for four years and I wouldn't change that for the world! Gail at self-check out is a rockstar and deserves a HUGE raise. She's one of the main persons who make the whole shopping experience delightful. Always kind and helpful; Gail makes sure your checkout experience is smooth and enjoyable! Tyler is a great guy too. Super helpful and always has that cute smile, PERFECT hair and wonderful attitude. Not to mention great shoes. That guy always looks dressed for the job! David at the Pro Desk is equally stellar! Professional and kind, he knows what you need and how to get it. He handles difficult situations with ease and finesse like no other manager I know. He's been a HUGE help over the years and I appreciate every minute of it!
