Was so pleased to have friendly associates greet me and offer to help. The cashier, Teresa was outstanding, friendly and courteous.

today's visit was for a few project items. Teresa #5 was very pleasant and helped me at self check out

Great place to shop, the staff has always been professional because my husband and I frequent home Depot a lot and as you very well know there's all kind of hardware stores and appliance stores all around them on Clemson boulevard and 28 bypass and surrounding areas however this is the store that we have chosen to be our fav.

Every time I have visited the Anderson store no matter what I'm looking for someone is always ready to assist. Like one of them several weeks ago looked like she was on some mission to provide someone else with a product. She said follow us and I'll point out the isle where "it's" at. The other man kept following her while she turned to me and said, your hinges are about half way up this isle!

Most and perhaps the best help you can get in a store!

No Discount for Military Gold Star Families. I guess that these customers love one's ultimate sacrifice, for this country, does not warrant any type of discounts from Home Depot!!!!

The Rheem hot water heater I bought there 17 months earlier wouldn't maintain a lit pilot light, even after replacing a part. The valve must have gone bad. The Rheem customer service wait time was over an hour! I couldn't go another day w/o hot water for my family. I went up to the HD I bought it from and explained it all to 4 fantastic customer service department associates. They told me to bring it in and they would exchange it, which I did and they did later that day! I'm a VERY loyal person. If you treat me right I won't forget it. Home Depot will be my go-to home improvement store from this day forward.

I tried to order a new washer/dryer online but could never get past the confusion, so I went to the Anderson store and completed my order quickly. It is great to talk to people vs machines.

We bought vinyl flooring with the installing. First of all the installation was charged immediately before any work was done. This borders on fraud. Secondly we had to make several trips to the store to even get the installers to call us back with an installation date. It took us over two months and the installer showed up and said he could not do the install because the floor was not level enough (concrete slab) and the moisture content was too high. Home Depot send an agent out at the onset to measure the rooms and make a judgement of the suitability. There was no issue raised. When I went in to get a refund for the installation, Home Depot charged me $100 for the installer showing up. This is completely unacceptable. I will not buy from this store ever again.

Friendly greeting upon entrance; knowledgable and helpful staff; prompt, accurate, appreciative check-out. Management to be commended on their hiring and the work their employees are doing. I'll be back!

I shop at Home Depot weekly, due to the employees who are trained in assisting me when I am looking for a specific product. The employees are friendly, helpful and willing to go beyond when you need help. I have never had a bad experience shopping at Home Depot. I have had doors and appliances installed by the store contractors who do an exceptional job doing the install. Most of all I appreciate the Home Depot staff who goes above and beyond helping me. Thank you Home Depot.

The store is clean and its workers helpful and handy. I had no trouble getting help. The assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful.

My wife and I have to use an electric cart available in the store. I have most always found one available. Handicap parking is a must. Carts are generally "charged up" and clean. Have found the store employees far more friendly and helpful than other stores. Knowledgeable employees in each dept. a must. Will continue shopping HOME DEPOT.

While purchasing a riding mower the employees were helpful and courteous. They made this purchase easy and would recommend anyone to go to this store .

Needed wheat straw for the garden and a few bags of mulch and the staff at Anderson, SC in the garden center were so helpful even though it was raining. Its nice to see true customer service back. Home Depot will now be my first stop.
