Ms. Lisa in Lumber is always helpful. She greets you with a smile and makes sure you are taken care of no matter how busy the store is. She is very professional and so glad she is apart of the Home Depot team.

This is my favorite home improvement store. The only issue I have at this time is that when looking for a range. In our case an LG range. We were informed it was out of stock with no date given for the new stock being available. HD did not have a mechanism to inform us of the availability. We did find a way from a competitor to register to be informed when the item will be in stock at their store. I am disappointed in HD both the brick and mortar store and online with no way to register to be informed by HD when the item will return to stock.

Cheerful & positive staff and very helpful to locate items & share their expertise with thoughtful recommendations with pros & cons Very clean and user friendly in supporting everyone's safety by following the CDSs ' recommendations for the pandemic safety guidelines throughout this store . Safe working environments for all employees as well as safety for all shoppers inside in all areas during this pandemic . Prices are fair and always good sales inventory items available !

The associates in the Appliance section are excellent. Very helpful and will assist and guide you through their products and help you with your order, delivery, installation, etc.

HOME DEPOT, Anderson is my favorite place to shop for my projects. I traveled approx. 22 miles to this store to shop. I can always expect friendly and courteous helpful associates to assist me, and even make recommendations when needed. Good selection of great products, at fair prices.Shelves are well stocked with the items I need. I enjoy browsing all the aisles and looking at all the new and innovative products available. GLAD YOU ARE HERE !

called to up grade my home depot credit card and was very disappointed. We are in the process of getting a pergola from Southern outback and was wanting to use the home depot credit card. We answered all the questions and had to wait on line for 30mins or so. At this time we had no outstanding credit balances and our home is paid for but they did not ok the credit card for $15,000. Our money is tied up in stock and money market accounts and we couldn't get the money that quick to make the sell. I ended up using another credit card that has my limit to $26,000. As to say, I was disappointed in Home Depot not helping us out on this sale..

If you need flooring, go see Cheryl at the Anderson Home Depot! What a rock star and man does she know her product! Give that girl a raise! Its been a long time since customer service was taken seriously and Cheryl knocked it out of the park! Thank you Cheryl, we love our flooring you helped us choose!
