Today I had a great cashier by the name of Jessica. She went beyond her duties to assist me and I thank her. Mr. Shannon in lumber assisted me without protest and I thank him for being so kind. Ms Lisa was very thoughtful and I thank her for being so polite.The Manager, Ms Jill, as always a pleasure. She is always professional and I thank her too.

Store is friendly and always in stock with what I need

During my visit to the store a young man by the name Andrew assist me in the lumber department. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He cut a piece of wood for me which was perfect. Ms Cindy who was my cashier was also very kind and pleasant.

I am pleased how well I was treated at this Home Depot. Ms Jill, Ms Pat, Ms Lisa, Ms Monique,Ms Michelle,Ms Jessica and Ms Cheryl are great employees.

I appreciate those special employees that assist me when I enter the Home Depot store. They are courteous and kind. I like to thank Ms Cheryl, Ms Jessica, Ms Monique, Ms Kim, Ms Michelle, Jasmee and of course Ms Patrica. These employees are courteous and professional and they do their jobs well.

Four visits in one week for paint!! Michelle A. is awesome!! Expert paint assistant, kind, great Home Depot representative. I have grown to love this Home Depot! I went for paint, and purchased Christmas decor, and plants. Wonderful Holiday spirit with the music!! Each representative greeted me. Retail is dying because they are loosing the human touch, The Home Depot has not!!

I recommend this Home Depot to everyone!! The Sales Associate in Paint is OUTSTANDING!!!! I received SECOND MILE SERVICE from this Home Depot!!! Reminds me of the service we receive from Chick-fil-A! Store was very clean, products readily available, and the prices were reasonable!

I am always greeted with a smiling face. Ms Cheryl from flooring and Ms Monik from the service desk are very pleasant and helpful.Both ladies show excellent professionalism.

If you are a veteran of the military you have to have 20 years of service or be 100 percent disabled to receive a discount according to cashier/ store employee.

On my numerous past visits to Home Depot here in Anderson, I have always found it to be to my liking, especially the 'spot' where the creme and coffee spot for customers is located. THANKS

Stellar sales and service today from Diann in the Appliance Department and from Will and Mike our Loading Crew! Everyone was so courteous, prompt and professional!

Upon arrival into the store I was greeted with a pleasant "May I Help you". The employees are always helpful and courtesy.

Your employee Ashton, makes it a joy to shop here! Very friendly and not too hard on the eyes either!

Store is reasonably orderly and clean, usually in the past there has been a greeter at the front of the store to direct you to the specific area of the store where the item you need can be found. I had to walk around to find an associate to direct me, they were in the paint area, but still directed me to where I could find what I needed. No hand trucks were available only shopping carts, my item was heavy and bulky so I had to lift it into the shopping cart. Cashier was pleasant, no wait time, no lines. It's a decent big box home improvement store.

The gentleman at the paint desk was excellent. Directed me to what I needed and follow up to make sure I found what I was looking for, He knew where everything was, Great individual!

Please do not do away with your cashiers. No one wants to go shopping and then when it comes time to check out, not have a cashier to do it. I will no longer go to Home Depot if you do not have people as cashiers. I do not want to have to check myself out. this store was clean, employees nice, friendly and somewhat helpful.

One More Comment I lived in the St. Louis area most of my life. I grew up in Frontenac and moved to Highwood Estates in Wildwood in 1999. I frequented the Manchester Home Depot and did happy back flips when the Ellisville store was built. Our 16 yer old “new” house needed a lot of work, so I just about lived at Home Depot, and a got to know many of the employees on a first-name basis. On one occasion, I think in the spring of 2014, I needed a special kind of plumbing assembly to bring out house up to code. A Home Depot person whom I had never seen there offered to help. I think his name tag read “Frank.” That guy gave it his best effort to find the right stuff. It took a while to match the right materials, screws, nuts, thread sizes etc., but he did it. I gave him a glowing review on your web page, something just short of “able to leap tall buildings in a single bound.” The next time I went in to Home Depot I asked if “Frank” was in the store that day. I wanted to tell him about my review and make sure it got to the Big Boss. The cashier said “Oh, “Frank” went back to Atlanta. He IS the Big Boss.” I just want you guys to know that, whoever he is, “Frank” practices what he preaches. I”m not sure his name was “Frank,” but from the pictures on your web page, he looked a lot like Frank Blake. Thank you, Lloyd

I would highly recommend this store,did not have to ring buzzer for service. Each department someone was offering their assistance with a smile. I could tell these people enjoyed their job.

Great Selection, Knowledgeable Employee in the Plumbing Department that helped me select a new kitchen sink, faucet kit and other needed items. Spent 10 or more minutes with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted .
