I visit this store often. The employees always go above and beyond helping/assisting, and with a good attitude; competitor, you have to ask for help, and find associates hard to find! This store deserves the highest rating possible!

Do not expect to get any assistance or knowledge while in this store!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced! The associates have little to no knowledge of the products they offer. Each associate tells you a different thing from the last regarding product as well as customer service information.

The Home Depot of Anderson is a exceptional, shopping experience. The staff is very professional and the store is very clean. I will recommend this store to anyone. I will be driving from Greenwood a lot more

Most of the employees are very nice and pleasant and seem to know my name when i come into the store. The store is nice and clean and the surrounding are good.

Come her for pretty much everything we need. Garden Center does not have a whole lot to offer but everything else is great

I went to buy travertine. It was several dollars a box cheaper at Home Depot than any place else. It was a beautiful stone. Employees were very helpful and friendly. They loaded up 600 pounds of tile with a smile. Great store!

I appreciate Ms. Lisa (lumber), and Ms. Monique (Customer service desk) for assisting me with my projects. They both give great customer service. They are always pleasant and polite. They make me feel at home when shopping at the Home Depot :)

This is a good store to get in & out quickly.A do it all flunky like me needs to get in & out quickly.This is why I prefer this Home Depot.

This is one of my favorite stores to shop at because of the excellent customer service I receive. The associates are always will to not only answer my questions, but to physically show me what I'm looking for. This is why I would recommend the Anderson Home Depot!

If you need blinds that have to fit a non-conventional window size, Home Depot is the place to go. We needed three blinds cut to fit our windows. The person who helped us (I believe his name tag said "Ken") was excellent. He not only did a great job cutting our blinds, he got a ladder and searched for one more blind for us. (One of the boxed blinds had already been cut--was too short--and it was the last one on the shelf.) Ken located another blind the size we needed; and although it was a different brand, we bought it because it was for a different room. Super great service indeed!

This store was very neat and well-organized. The employees were extremely helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping experience. It has been over 10 years since we were in a Home Depot (former Lowes employee,) but we will definitely shop the Anderson store again!

When I am in need of anything that HD supplies, I always make my way there. I usually go in and browse but when I do have specific needs or am looking for something in particular, there are always associates willing to help and give guidance. The checkout experience is always pleasurable too...friendly and courteous employees.

Awesome associates

I've had much better quality from Home Depot's product over other home improvement stores. The staff will help if you ask, they don't go out of their way to see if you need help very often. Most all the cashier's have been extremely friendly and make the visit rewarding.

I completed a survey and denighed being contacted because in the past I was told to see a manager by the manager themselves. NO RESOLUTION. When you have no associates to be found you have no one to get the manager. Maybe you need a customer problem station equipped with a siren to activate until a manager arrives. Next time a manager tells me to see a manager I am leaving.
