Happy that store # 4611's showroom had a floor model of the fridge we wanted to buy. By seeing that one, I was able to determine that it would work well in our space. Home Depot had the best prices around on it and we checked them all!

Great to see females working at Home Depot! Keep it up ladies!! Sometimes the younger male associates seem to hesitate to ask if a woman needs help. Thanks Jada for going out of your way!!

I had to return a ceiling fan with no receipt or credit card. Andy in Guest Services was absolutely fantastic! He took care if efficiently, professional, with a smile and wonderful attitude. I was truly impressed.

Several of the associates I came in contact with knew were anything was. One worker stocking shelves in the paint department said she didn't know where the item was that I was looking for and that she doesn't work in that department. She point out some workers and said that they do and to go ask them. Two more workers that were in the tool department stocking selves said the same thing that they didn't work in that department and didn't know. This time one of them called on the PA system for help. I stood there listening to these two worker talk about how they shouldn't be trying to stock shelves during the dayshift and that job should be done on 2nd shift. After about 5 minutes of that and no one coming to help I left. The cashier Kwame was awesome as always!

The sales rep, Terry Matthews, was very knowledgeable, pleasant and humorous. He went the distance to make the transaction as easy as possible even when a problem occurred, even assisting the other employees from whom he requested necessary help for the transaction.

Each time I come to Home Depot it is a good experience. I find what I need and get help with service persons, who are polite and knowledgeable. Thank you. Shirley

This store almost always has the product or item that you need.

Frustrating experience buying refrigerator. I knew what I wanted so I really just needed floor rep to take order. He wasn't that interested in my order- the only true attention I was provided with was when he was panhandling for a good review on a survey. I never received a call the day before delivery. Turns out HD pulled my ex-spouse's phone # for the order, even though we haven't been together for 12 years. When the product arrived it was damaged. The delivery guys were kind & put it back on the truck - no problem at all. However, the HD site showed that the delivery was completed. I followed up with customer service twice- was disconnected from the both reps and launched into yet another (VRU) survey. Replacement delivery is now another week out.

Besides the terrible parking and traffic in that store . Curbside service with a few slots for pickup that are used by in store shoppers is laughable and then they don’t have your all your items without notification . Complete waste of time.. try another store

The associates were friendly and helpful. The store was clean, which is hard to find in a hardware type store. Our experience at checkout was wonderful.

Store is messy and crowded. Stock and displays in the walkways and aisles make it difficult to navigate through the store and difficult to reach items on the shelf. Parking lot is full of trash and carts. Very often, customers have to go into the parking lot to get carts because they have not been brought back up to the front. Excess stock is kept in the parking lots, blocking lanes of traffic and making it difficult and dangerous to drive or walk thru.

Busy today at our local Home Depot store, however the employees were very helpful in finding what I needed.

Bad customer service guaranteed Had a very unpleasant experience at this store today. I ordered a two peice milwaukee M12 fuel bandsaw, online for 368+tax a great deal. I had it delivered to my house. My ordered arrived into separate packages,in original milwaukee packaging. I expected themto be plain packaging, I received the wrong combo, they also have a m12 fuel bandsaw+ m12 cut off saw for 339+tax which is what arrived via FedEx. I called customer service they said I had to take it to the store and return it for a refund andp reprocess my order. Went by this morning to the combo. The comb iordered was no longer available. The girls that where helping called customer service to try to figure out the problem. I had to wait over an hour to try figure this out. Finally the girls called over their supervisor so he correct the situation and price match it. He came over processed my return and then started to order the bandsaw separate and wanted me to pay full price, causing me to miss out on price I had already payed for, due to home depot not processing my order correctly. He then refused to price match the two bandsaw. He said homedeopt online mess up my order and there was nothing he could do which is crap. Because I seen them price match before when they mislabeled a price on the floor and it comes up different when they scan it. The computer ask them why the cashier why is changing the price is being adjusted they type in customer satisfaction in comment. Now I will have to order this tools from some where else, which will cause delays on my project. I can No longer trust home depot to deliver what I order or take care of a problem with any futer orders. The cashiers tried their best to help me, can't say the same for their supervisor, its obvious customer satisfaction is not his top priority.

I had a great experience at this store today. After searching another store for an item that I found out was out of stock I drove to this store for that particular item. When I got there, I realized that the price I had seen online, was no longer available. Katie was very attentive and was able to get the discount price for that item. I greatly appreciate it.

Need more associates with knowledge of store

Travis in the Plumbing Dept is a life saver!! While I was doing some construction in my laundry room I disconnected my washer and the valve broke, water was going everywhere. I had to turn the water off at the street. Unfortunately it's snowing in Texas at this time (7° outside). I was freaking out that my pipes would freeze up. I could only get a hold of a plumber that said they would charge $600. As I waited for the plumber I called the Home Depot and was connected to Travis. I explained my situation to him and he told me to take as many pictures as I could and come in and he would help me. When I got there he was true to his word and helped me get all the parts and supplies I needed for only $29.60. I was able to go home fix the valve and I canceled the plumber who after 3 hours still hadn't shown up. Travis is awesome!!!!

Great store, great service. I'm here 350 out of 365 days of the year. It's close to my house. They make sure I have the tools I need with exceptional warranties. Since I'm always here they know that if I bring a tool back they replace it in literally 15 min. The quickest ive been able to bring a dewalt chainsaw back and walk out with a new one to finish a job was 15 min. Its amazing. Another time I ordered a husky mechanic socket set a 40 dollar set of I think 50 pieces. They said they didnt have it but they know my business requires certain tools so they immediately offered a higher end tool set for a discounted rate and said they appreciated my business and would discount a 100 piece husky tool set so I could complete my current job. The manager quoted "we make sure you are able to get things done." Idk if anyone else has had these great experiences here at this store but I'm thankful for the home depot and the outstanding customer service.
