I am a senior citizen and appreciate the personal care taken by this store's Verlene to help us furnish our new garage renovation where we now live comfortably.

This specific location has a very good variety and is always stocked. It is my "go-to" when I do not want to risk going to closer locations that may not have what I need.

This store has some of the most friendly folks for employees Kwane being one of them

Very friendly and clean

This store is clean and organized. The majority of employees are very helpful and willing to spend time with you. When I bring my dog in, some employees give him treats and they love seeing him. The only problem I've ever had is with the cashier Kwame who is very rude and is never helpful with coupons or veteran's dependent discounts. He has made two separate interactions at the checkout stand very unhelpful. It's always another employee or manager who fixes or accept what he denies. Everyone else is great and the store seems to never be out of stock.

Just had the best experience ever at the south Arlington store! I usually can't find anyone to help and I dreaded going. TODAY WAS DIFFERENT!! I asked for help from 4 employees and they all met and exceeded my expectations. An elderly, Hispanic man in Plumbing, Eddy in Paint, Corina and Morales in Garden helped me find everything I needed and were amazing. They made my day!!!!!!!

The store is well arranged and clean.Customer service is on point.

It was really nice to go to this location and the store was clean and fully stocked but the most important was them employee help. They seem to have a full staff and they were knowledgeable, ready and available.

My wife and I have always found the employees very helpful and knowledgeable. It's very rare to not find what we are looking for.

I have always liked this home depot. I now live 117 miles away from it, but when I come to town I always stop in and get what I need.

Very neat and clean. My only issue is not sufficient staff for assistance, but overall great experience. First time to this location and I would recommend it.

The store was very clean and in order of product type and things are easy to find. Verlene Cooper, associate in Appliance was outstanding in her knowledge and assistance. All associates were friendly and very helpful.

I LOVE THIS STORE. I'VE BEEN GOING TO THIS STORE FOR YEARS. LOVE ME SOME OOPS PAINT. THEY ALSO HAVE A CLEARANCE AREA. I DON'T SEEM TO HAVE A PROBLEM FINDING WHAT I NEED. THEY KEEP THEIR INVENTORY IN CHECK, UNLIKE THEIR COMPETETOR.

NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES FINDING SOMEONE TO HELP, EVEN IF IT ISN'T IN THEIR AREA. IF THEY CAN'T HELP YOU, THEY WILL FIND SOMEONE WHO CAN. LOVE THE OPPS PAINT. JUST SAYIN', I USE IT A LOT AND BUY IT FOR FRIENDS WHO CAN'T AFFORD TO BUY PAINT FOR THEIR PROJECTS. IT'S A NICE BARGAIN.

For a multi billion dollar company to not want to find solutions to issues is beyond me. I had received some Visa E Cards as a gift and wanted to use them. Home Depot doesn't allow there teams to key in number a for any type of card. That's hard to believe as at times when the systems are down or having reading problems there has to be a way to take payment. I was told by a supervisor to go to customer service and see if they could help. Wait!! That's your job. You should go and find out if there is a way. I should not have to go through any leg work to get service. You state that during these times we have to work together to get through this. Well, Home Depot in Arlington is not in any way ready to help or solve problems. I am dissapointed in the service I have recieved by your team. Get in the trenches with your team and figure out how you help during these times.
