BOB WAS VERY HELPFUL IN PICKING OUR WALL PLATES AND ELECTRIC SOCKETS...SAVED ME MONEY!!

Destinee helped me in the paint area. She was competent and friendly. I appreciated her help as I chose paint colors and paint quality.

Of the three stores in Arlington, #0541 is the friendliest, most helpful, and has the best inventory.

I was able to find a friendly associate to help me when I entered the store. The associate was most helpful in explaining the products and the options.

This store has very friendly staff, and one particularly outstanding employee, Roger Bohn, truly an amazingly knowledgeable gentleman. I go there and look for him for the best advice. Thank you!

poor customer service?

I shop here because its close by, but the customer service is usually pretty terrible. when I can I go to the north Arlington store which is much better.

3 employees could not assist in finding items. Once I found on my own I needed 4 and there were only 2 on the shelf ( a 3/4" plumbing item). Had other "bad" info from employee regarding a ceiling fan. He clearly did not know what he was saying and was making up an answer. Had to load 25 80# bags of concrete without help, 1 employee said they would help and walked into the store, he had me park over 20 feet from the concrete, after he went in I backed up to approximately 10 feet from the concrete and started loading, 3 other employees finished loading lumber for other customers and returned inside the store without asking if I needed/wanted help.

Not one check out stand...All self service check out. If I had to wait for service by attendent to measure, get code had my item not been tagged, I would have left the store without purchase. I was Lucky a attendent was not busy and offered to assist me at " self check out stand". I have spent alot of money in home depot over the years. Guess that has to change...SAD!

Home Depot has completely ruined the check-out at this store... They recently remodeled the interior of this store for NO reason. Registers are now side-by-side, crowded and disorganized. Even with all the new registers, they NEVER have enough open. Home Depot won't stay in business for long if they insist on wasting money like this...

There is always someone to help you throu with questions and techniques to achieve your project successfully.

If you need help, ask at the Return Desk, after you wait in that line. Finding help in the store is not easy, any day of the week at any time. Go to the Mansfield Store! I find it much easier and friendlier there to get help.

This store is very clean, organized and stocked with products.

Lovely store and great people that work there! They really care about you, as a person, and your needs! I have been helped by some great associates, and managers that work there. Way to go!!!

This store was my go-to store during my paint and construction/remodeling days...paint mixer at the time could match an apple if you needed him to. Never a bad batch in years. Always stocked to the rafters. Knowledgeable staff beyond regular service....

Great Millwork specialist, Lisa. Went to 3 other store near my home and could not get descent help. Finally drove 30-40 minute out of my way and only took her about an hour to Listen to my needs, Assist any way she can to answer my concerns, Suggested different available in store products and got me quote, actually gave me 3 quotes then emailed them to me, and Thank me for the far drive to consider her customer service. KUDOS LISA, you are a great asset to this company!

This store has by far the most knowledgeable sales people -- and they have all been there for a while. So that says something about the importance of retaining good employees, and apparently the manager here must know that.

Tom from the paint department is my go to guy. Very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me with matching a specific paint I needed for my project. He also give me very good advice on what garbage disposal unit to get for a replacement in my rental property. Highly recommend anyone looking for paint or general home improvement tips to go to Tom for their needs.

The employees are always so helpful and always go above and beyond! Exceptional customer service!

Excellent customer service- that seems to be a hard thing to come by nowadays! But Ron in garden helped me with all my questions and took me directly to everything I asked for and needed- really took the time out to assist! I appreciate that kind of service and helpfulness!! Definitely will be shopping there again! :). Keep up the good work!
