So this is what I've been working on almost

I had an amazing experience today at the checkout in the garden center! If anyone is having a poop day, like I was, hope she’s working and go check out with her. I left with a big smile and felt totally satisfied with my shopping experience.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Austintown Home Depot for doing a great job consistently. I shop there all the time and have never had a bad experience. I also shop online and have items shipped to the store and from the email notifications to the pick up they have always come through. Very friendly staff and clean store. Good Job Austintown Home Depot!!

Had a problem with paint purchase. Clerk was unprofessional and not willing to listen to problem. Just stated no returns. Asked for manager....another mistake. He was NO HELP at all and both insinuated I was trying to somehow do something shady! All I wanted was a refund, OR, remix my paint. Tried to explain there was chunks of matter and a slight gritty texture in the paint which would not strain out. Purchased this paint before and had no problem. Just wanted fair treatment and got sarcastic comments.and an attitude from a manager. Needless to say, I am now a Lows shopper. Never another dollar of mine will be spent at the Austintown Home Depo. All friends and family will hear of my experience.

I bought some fencing a few days ago and a gentleman was there to make sure that I got everything that I needed. I don't remember his name but he was missing some hands from past birth defects very nice gentleman!

Shopped here for painting supplies and lighting and was amazed at how friendly and helpful the staff was. Every aisle I was met with a smile and offer to help me. It didnt matter what department, each employee went outside their area to ensure I found what I came for. It is a little further away than my previous Home Depot experience, but well worth the travel!

Need something down from a top shelf? It would be faster to drive somewhere else because it takes a half hour to get an item down. Employee thought it was more important to stock flooring materials than help a customer who jas spent thousands there

I consider this store my first go to when looking for supplies that I need due to its large selection and location.

I was looking for a particular item and the sales person, Brittany, was extremely helpful and friendly. She walked me to the item I was looking for. She gave me suggestions on making items. Brittany is an asset to Home Depot.

The employees and attitude towards the customers are always favorable. They greet with you sincere hello always asking if they can assist. They always have what I need, and if they don't they are accommodating and willing to assist. A clean and safe location, with employees who are friendly and willing to assist.

Danny and plumbing helped me with an extremely difficult project, his patience and understanding, along with getting the proper material brought my j material quest to completion. Couldn’t of done it without them.

My maintenance person and I had to purchase a lot of supplies because we have to fix up an apartment that was destroyed by the resident who left it. We had to ask several people in the store for assistance and each person we encountered was knowledgeable and pleasant. The woman who works in the paint department went out of her way to help us select all the products we needed. She was so knowledgeable.
