I love our Austintown store and usually get great service. I am not blaming the gentleman who helped me. I believe he was genuinely trying to help, but just did not have the knowledge to do so. It's a great store, maybe just understaffed at times!

Nice store with friendly workers

This store is by far a better store than other Big Box Stores. Even better than other Home Depot Stores. The employees really seem to have pride in "their" store.
