I like the Austintown store and it is the store I almost always use. I have entered it as my store when shopping on line but always need to update from the Boardman store that is at least 10 miles further from my home. Benny Ferrone is the best!!!!!

Well organized and put together easily accessible and quick in an out! Staff was very nice also.

This store a while back had some very outstanding associates to help you with your shopping needs, and answering what questions you might have. Most were very friendly and appeared to like working at this store. Unfortunately most of these associates are gone and have been replaced with, for a better lack of description, Walking Dead !!! There is nothing more aggravating than someone pointing to what you are looking for......even pointing to the next isle, or clear down the end of the isle, and never bothering to go and help you find what you asked them about. Especially when there were at most a dozen people in the store.

Store has everything you could think of !! Employees are very helpful, and there are plenty of check out lines so I'm able to get in and out fast!

Shout out to Matt & Mark in lumber in totally helping me get 16 sheets of plywood, cutting it, loading 120 2 by 3's 50 1 by 4's, and realizing i would need to make 2 trips, offered up their own truck to deliver ans stack all that lumber in my driveway. Store manger Morgan for helping me make my project possible by donating to my desk making project for youngstown city school students. Cashier Rebecca you too!!

I love this store, and staff!! I can almost always find what I’m looking for. This is my favorite place to shop.

I am here visiting from NW Ohio; helping my sister complete a deck project. I am appalled that this Home Depot store is not enforcing the mask mandate. I saw at least 10 young men with out masks. Most appeared to be contractors, which leads me to believe they are pretty fit & health, but lack common decency to care for others. Additionally, numerous employees wore their masks below their nose & one had hers below her chin. I cannot believe the lack of care for your employees & community.

All the store associates I encountered in this store were very friendly and helpful.

Needed extraordinary assistance to find more stain to finish a project. Mary Ann in the paint dept. and Peggy cust. service went way out of their way to have the 24 gals. I still needed delivered to the store. That was a big deal, esp. in these times when obtaining bldg. materials is a major obstacle. They helped me protect a major investment In a new fence. THANK YOU,THANK YOU, THANK YOU.

Clean, organized, easy to locate items! Friendly, courteous, helpful staff! If you have questions, just ask! Very good shopping experiences!

Home Depot in Austintown has always had my needs and so much more in new products than many other hardware stores. Prices are great and the product line is very attractive in many price ranges in all areas. I can say the service there has always been top notch with professional knowledge on items. Friendly service and prices with helping with any questions is why I shop at Home Depot. My opinion is you guys are the best of the best and I will always be the guy that comes back again and again. I love Home Depot.

The Austintown Home Depot is simply the only place to make improvement purchases etc. They have employed the very best team members. For example, Carl (from hardware) is very knowledgeable and can provide input that can make repairs very easy. All of the employees are helpful. The store is stocked with the items needed for all home repairs.

Girl working paint was awful. Rude to not only is but the people in front of us. Come from boardman because they were out of a item. Went there and the girl at the paint counter told us that they aren’t getting the product and boardman should have talked to the paint department. I asked if we could just get 5 one gallon buckets and she rolled her eyes and went what color and then it will be over here waiting when it’s done. So I walked to the other side of the counter and right behind where she was starting was 13 of the 5 gallon buckets we were told were in stock!!! We said can we just get this because it’s WHAT WE WERE HERE FOR! She didn’t apologize and just said I guess we got some in. She never looked just said we don’t have it behr isn't sending them anymore so I don’t know what to tell you. I couldn’t believe how rude she treated us but the gentleman in front of us AND the people waiting for their paint. I know people have bad days but holy cow was she bad. The people waiting she said to them “I told you it will turn this color when it dries”. I really hope this makes it to someone who can address it because she was truly awful.

Today was the second time I had a door from Home Depot installed and ,like the first time, I am rather satisfied with the results. The door looks & fits good and the installer got it put in a lot faster than I could have.
