Bought a refrigerator, took 7 weeks to get ! Waited four hours on delivery just for them to say the truck broke down 10 minutes before there 4 hour window.. delivered 3 days later and they refused to take the doors off to get it in my house.. so it’s it’s in my garage. Went to store and explained this to several managers all of them said it’s not there problem call the delivery company.. never shopping there again!!!

They had a great selection of washers which I needed. The employees that helped me were all so nice and helpful. Really made me feel they were happy to help me. Great shopping experience.

Service when I walked in and help getting my purchase to the car. It was a great experience.

This location seems to always be staffed with friendly associates and is well organized and clean. Everyone there is so willing to assist customer with whatever they came in for and to offer helpful suggestions or tips. It is a pleasure to shop at this location.

I had to get a new battery for a trimmer and cashier Katelyn was a fantastic associate very kind and considerate and very helpful.

Like that the store opens somewhat early, 6:00am. Staff is usually helpful and patient.

Went to store to order 2 office chairs from here, estimated delivery was about a week and a half, they were delivered in literally in 2 days. I was shocked at how fast they got here. I was also more that pleased at the quality of the chairs too, and they were reasonably priced.

was no cashier upfront of the store had to use self-checkout not happy about lack of help!!

Unlike other big box home centers, this store’s staff was remarkably helpful and freindly.

Manager Lou was forced to handle a difficult scenario with a bundle of appliances that were purchased. His desire to help, listen and come up with an acceptable solution exceeded my expectations.

We go to this particular store even though there is one closer to us because the employees at this store are always pleasant, friendly and helpful. Kudos to them!!!

I've had all Positive Experiences with the Austintown Home Depot. Our Granddaughter calls it, " Her Daddy's Orange Store" Every employee has been helpful, kind and if they can't answer your question, they get someone who can. Great Job A-town keep up the great work.

I can say a lot of positive things about Home Depot however most people probably feel the same as I do. What stands out to me is Home Depot's appreciation for the Veterans who served our beautiful country. God bless them!

Customer service at this location is always excellent. I needed help with locating a product. An employee greeted me and directed me to the product. Not only did he tell me where it was but he walked there with me and assisted me further by getting it down from a shelf. This store is always clean and employees are always helpful. Even at the self checkout the employee there was helpful as I checked out the item myself.

We moved to Austintown from Boardman and found this store to be much friendlier and helpful than what we were accustomed to. When we moved here in 2016, we actually made it a point to meet the manager and assistant manager to let them know that we were pretty much creating a "Home Depot" house. We found all of the associates knowledgeable and more than willing to spend time with us to explore options and explain different manufacturer features. The store became "our" store!

Wrong product in box. Job that could have Been completed. In 2 hours took 2 days. Had to go to three different stores to get product needed. Return desk very helpful but The travel time is a waste of my time. No product at any of local stores
