Angela was on self-check today at the Bainbridge, Ga Store #6959 Angela was so sweet and helpful as she guided my husband and I through the checkout process and credit card application. She made our Home Depot experience great and our morning experience a happy one. We hope this “Thank you” reaches her and makes her day!

Christy Graham and Michael Hornsby are awesome employees! They go out of their way to assist me on every visit.

George and Jere were great. They helped me figure out how to attach a blade trimmer to my weed eater.

I like the Home Depot in Bainbridge. Most people are friendly but you have some employees that literally don’t speak and will just have a i hate my job attitude. As a customer I feel they are there to assist customers with whatever is needed to make the sale and bring the customer back to the store. Regardless of what job title you hold in the store customer service is a must I believe. Two people stand out more than the whole store and I love when they are there. Burt is one of them always so kind and smiling. The other is Patty very friendly. I believe more customer service would keep the customers happy. I cannot remember for the life of me, the gentleman at the return counter's name. He is always helpful, tonight I asked if anyone was good with plumbing. This gentleman instantly got me in touch with PAUL. Let me tell you about Paul. He was so kind, so knowledgeable. He helped me through not one, not two, but THREE trips to Home Depot tonight during a plumbing crisis at my house. He knows his stuff and was more than helpful. You better give this man a raise or a bonus or something!!!!!! On top of that I want to make a shout out for Ms. Anita in the paint department. She ALWAYS goes above and beyond and helps in anyway possible. What an incredible team!

The associates are what makes the difference. You can have the best store in town, but without courteous knowledgeable people, the company will not be successful.

Very clean, large store with lots of stock on the shelves. One of the larger stores for sure with great employees.

Went to get some paint and supplies for a remodel project and had a great experience. Emily in the paint department was awesome and Candice and Christy in customer service helped me when I had issues checking out. Glad to see employees that provide great customer service. I would highly recommend shopping here!

The 30 Second Home Cleaner ( Outside Wash) is the Best. I would advice anyone who's in need of getting your, decks, patio furniture, Mobile Homes, Homes,Campers, etc done to get you some. Quick, and easy.

In the last 2 months we have purchased fencing, flooring and paint -/trim. Tools etc. we purchased windows in 2020. Lena and others in flooring have helped us chose the right measurements and style. The employees are so pleasant and helpful. It’s a joy to shop there. I have told them they need to be the model store for all the others

Had an issue with some parts that were not stocked, but manager Jen was able to accommodate me. She took her time and really saved me time and distance. I am so glad she was there. I was frustrated that this was the second time I was there to look for this part and it wasn't restocked. I made a decision that since I spend at least a thousand dollars a year at home Depot id speak with management. Manager Jen was great , and saved home Depot from losing a customer.

I had to fix the things that he would have normally fixed. I had watched him through the years but and learned some.. but was lost with the plumbing problem I had. So I took pictures of the problem and went to the store. One of your employees saved me . He showed me what to get explained to me how to fix it to where I could understand. I was pretty confident I could do it.

Everything about Bainbridge Home Depot is awesome

I was in the market for a new refrigerator. I have been using this Home Depot for a few months now. I live in Florida but prices are higher and supply limited for what we wanted. We found a Vissani stainless front refrigerator here. Great employee helped us with the selection. Then 2 employees loaded in our truck for us.. It was a no hassle experience. The refrigerator is perfect for us. Highly recommended this store.
