Regardless of what i need or what project I'm into, the staff at Bainbridge does an excellent job of providing exceptional customer service. Store #6959 may have a Big Box name, but it provides southern hospitality and great customer service. Not the norm. If you are planning a project, Let Billy and the team in Bainbridge give you a hand.

If you’re looking for a flooring expert, Katie is absolutely AMAZING!!!!! I have never received such good customer service. She answered every question I had and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my order.

Lots of employees standing around but don’t help with loading. If you need verbal assistance though they are there for you.

Love this store cannot wait till the hoolidays

We travel from Tallahassee to Bainbridge solely for the excellent customer service experience. There are always employees around to assist an they do so gladly. We will always make the trip to Bainbridge due to the customer service.

I have purchased materials and equipment to aid in my renovation and found everything I needed.

I moved to Florida about a year ago and the Bainbridge, GA, Home Depot is the closest Home Depot to my home. Every single visit this past year has been a pleasure. Customer service is ALWAYS aboveboard.

Today is Mother’s Day, my mom passed last year so this is my first Mother’s Day without her. I went to the garden center to buy her favorite flowers to plant around my yard in her honor. The cashier was a beautiful soul named Della. I heard her wishing all moms with kids a Happy Mothers Day, I overheard her tell a co-worker that her mom had passed and it was hard today but she got by on “the good memories”. When it was my turn to cash out I told her that I heard her speaking to everyone and that she was kind. I mentioned my mom had passed too and she got tears in her eyes and she hugged me and said “I’m sorry” that was all I needed to make today an awesome day. She’s a treasure.

The cashier Meme was very friendly, she came over when she saw that I needed assistance and was very helpful. She didn’t walk pass me , like I had experienced in the pass . I really her kindness and concern.

Always find what I need and if I need help it's always close by with knowledgeable and friendly employees.

My wife and I drove here on a Friday evening to get a patio furniture set we wanted. As soon as we walked in the front door we were greeted by Kiki. So very helpful, we were in and out in thirty minutes with a big ticket purchase. She even talked me in to a credit card lol! Great experience you wont be disappointed shopping here!

I travel over 45 minutes to this home depot. There are others closer, but you can't help but to love the small town folks at this one. Super nice and helpful.

I always have a very good experience in Home Depot. I don't often need assistance, but the sales clerks that check me out are always professional and personable.

This store was clean and I had great service. I was in and out in no time.

Every department is staffed with helpful and polite employees. Prices are reasonable. The store is always in A-! condition, clean and organized. One of our family's favorite places to shop. Assistance is easily acquired.

Just placed my 2nd order of 3 custom $8,000 French doors. Leene in Millwork and Manager Chris are great to work with. These two bent over backwards to make sure we were 100% happy with the 1st set of doors and the installation. Great experience all the way around. Looking for a repeat performance this time around..

my main concern was that only about 50% of the customers were wearing masks. As a member of the ocpncern for f the 65+ group it appears that there is a severe lack for the health of the population that is at most risk.

Love the orderliness & cleanliness of the store. Wide selection of home improvement supplies to choose from. Prices are a bit much in some areas, but no more than the other stores currently

The kitchen designer is very knowledgable about the products and experienced in assisting customers new to kitchen renovation. I appreciated her helping hand through this process.

I went in to this store for a garden tool to help me plant 100 trees. Unfortunately I could not find the tool on my own. I received help from the store manager ,Jen. Bless her heart, she searched all over that store to find that auger bit. We finally found it in a clearance rack. I appreciate the fact that she did not leave us until we actually had our hands on it. She was so friendly & helpful. We will definitely be back!! Thank you so much Jen!!
