Employees were helpful and curtious.

The last time I was in the store...I was looking for an item...was sent to 3 diff places..and to one person who wasnt available.."maybe its over there" stuff angered me a bit

Most employees are nice and helpful. Some need training in customer service. Some just don't care. On June 20th, 2019 the assistant manager was helping to resolve a computer issue. He asked two of the employees who wants this sell I DON'T need a sell. The first that popped in my head is how arrogant and self rightness you are. The two employees had worked on their feet all day helping customers so Home Depot can continue to grow and now you are being so rude and arrogant with LOYAL PAYING customers sitting right there. It did NOT surprise me with the disrespect he showed us after speaking so arrogantly to his two employees that work on the floor helping customers so he can have a salary that he doesn't have to worry about making a sell.

Extremely helpful employees, but short handed and overloaded. But employees handled very professionally despite the extra stress and a few irrational and impatient customers.

Ever in the paint department and need a hand. Just ask for Vernon. He’s got all the good information. Even educate you on rebates.

Paul and Tiffany at the Pro desk are very helpful. I had a much better experience than at Lowe's in Thomasville, Ga.

You can't ever find employees to help you. Nobody is willing to help load or help you find anything. Bainbridge has the WORST customer service of any store around. I can see how customers get hurt & sue this company. They need more employees willing to help the customer.

I had an issue with the reinforced mortar mix. There were two partial pallets that were around half full with many bags having gotten very hard around the ends of the bags. When you open the bags to use, you will not be able to use around 15-20% of the mix. So I got someone from the PRO department to come look at the situation and explained the situation. At the time, I really needed several bags of the mix so I had to purchase somewhere else. Usually notifying employees of a situation at most businesses generally get a lackadasical response and not much (if any) followup. I was super impressed that when I returned a few days later, the two bad pallets had been culled down to one and now there was a full pallet of new stock sitting in it's place. Awesome follow up folks. Yes, I know it's their job but I'm sure they have many things to do in that job and sometimes things don't get done. Nice to see employees caring about the customer and having pride in their jobs.

Great staff, very knowledgeable about their products. Went in for paint, left with everything I needed thanks to the wonderful ladies in the paint dept. I will be returning!

I visited and it was clean, neat and had fast service

This store and its employees are absolutely amazing! We could not have gotten this good of customer service anywhere. We will definitely recommend going to see Larry, Rene’ S and Odinaka. These folks are amazing.

The Bainbridge store is always clean & neat. Employees are courteous & friendly but knowledgeable & professional. Well stocked. They treat their customers as family. That makes for a great shopping experience. I’m proud to call the Bainbridge, GA Homedepot ...my store.

The store was great and the service

Overall the store had everything we needed, but the staff was a big disappoinment. We walked around for a while picking up things we needed, we couldn't find a few things and asked an associate for help, she seemed to be in a hurry and agitated that we bothered her and told us that wasn't her department and she had no way to contact the person who works in that department.

Thos store always has products in stock and great employees in case you need assistance.

I have been shopping at Home Depot since they moved into the neighborhood,, I have always enjoyed shopping there because the personality of the employees are very refreshing, I remember about a year ago there was a young lady employee that I never saw smile, she was hard to converse with, her personal appearance degrades as the months went by, one day I did not see her and I asked another employee about her and the answer was, she would not follow company policy by making a customer feel welcome. The young lady that waited on me, made me feel as though I was a part of her family.

Many rude employees

This store was ready and stocked for the passing hurricane that hit our town, Bainbridge, ga .. We were very empressed with how they provided water and ice and gas for employees and their families... They even come through for the customers and was friendly.. Very understanding and tried to assist any way possible.
