Bainbridge Store #6959 is what I call a HOME Depot. It feels like home when you enter. The store is filled with items you would really like to own, and the appliance department is heavenly. I want a new appliance every time I go shopping here, because they are so neat looking and set up in a way that's very tempting and looks like they are ready for use. I love to go there when I have plenty of time, because I like to look at everything I can, Great Store, I love it, Thanks

All floor employees are very friendly and eager to assist. Jeff Murphy and Codie Long were very helpful and went above and beyond the norm to satisfy my request for help. I also asked for help in the bathtub area and Terrie Priest was very helpful explaining the process of changing out tub/shower. These employees should be recognized for their efforts.

Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products.Very clean and we'll we'll organized.

We have just moved here, I have always done business with other home centers. After visiting Home Depot we were very impressed all employees are friendly and very helpful. We will continue to due business with Home Depot

The employees were more interested in stocking shelves than approaching a customer to see if they needed assistance. The Cashier who helped me went beyond here call of duty, by going and finding an item for me.

I always find what I'm looking for in the Bainbridge store which is always very clean and organized. The associates are generally very friendly and knowledgeable about the product I am looking for. I am a building contractor and purchase a lot of various materials , including pressure treated lumber for boat docks, which is conveniently located inside and out of the weather. The covered area for loading materials is really nice in any type of weather. I also use this store for the purchase of my families home appliances, with which we have been very satisfied . I would definitely recommend using this store.

My husband and I have used the store MANY times over several years and have never had a bad experience. We have taken pictures of plumbing under our sink and went with the camera and Mr. George told us exactly what we needed and how to do it. The paint department (Tiffany and Vernon) are the best. We have literally used every department hand have never bad experience. Thanks to the employees for making the shopping experience a great one!

Building materials seem to be of better quality than that "other" competitor. Staff is always courteous and good attitudes at this store. Willis is always helpful, as well as all of the cashiers. I'd much rather come to this location than others.

It is always a enjoyment to visit this location as everyone is very helpful when you ask questions. The Garden Area is always filled with healthy plants and flowers. I am in there once or twice a week.

STORE COULD DO BETTER WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGHOUT THE STORE, I SAW 3 GROUPS OF EMPLOYEES STANDING TOGETHER AND I WASN'T ASKED IF THEY COULD HELP ME. THE CASHIERS WERE SUPER FRIENDLY. THE STORE WAS VERY CLEAN I DID FIND MY ITEMS, BUT ASSISTANCE WOULD HAVE BEEN APPRECIATED IF OFFERED.

This is one of the cleanest Home Depot (as well as other big box) stores that I have ever shopped in. Sales personnel were available, and knowlegable as to where the needed products were located.

Professional staff eager to serve guests

I have always gotten good service at the Bainbridge, Georgia, The Home Depot store. The employees have been friendly and helpful. My husband and I have purchased carpeting, paint, tools, garden items, & numerous things for the house.

Excellent store been shopping there for years and will continue to do so.

I would only recommend this store because of one person that waited on me yesterday trying to get me some kind of discount, all for not with no help from the store manager Jim. Thank You Sam for all the help you tried to get me.

The staff is very helpful, if they know what I’m talking about orthey at least or find some who does know. It’s a busy store, sometimes you have to wait5-10 minutesto check out and longer on the weekends. And this is another reason why Patty if my favorite, she gets u in and out. Love our patty

Although I haven't had the need to visit to visit this store for a few weeks, I assume Billy is still the store manager there, as the store and employees friendliness has greatly improved since he became store manager. I enjoy shopping there, as they have a wide assortment of the products I usually am shopping for, and always assist me TO the product, not just say, "well, it's probably down on aisle # ___", and walk off and leave me hanging.

AT THE BAINBRIDGE HOME DEPOT, THERE IS ALWAYS SOME ONE READY TO HELP WITH A FRIENDLY FACE.

Employee's very helpful and friendly, if looking for a particular item and employee does not know about that area they will locate someone to assist. the store is always clean and neat. Love my local store.

This is a great store to shop! All the associates are friendly, full of energy , and willing to help. If they do not know the answer to your question, they find an associate that does. It's a mans toy store, and the wifes honey to do list store all in one!
