They should not have a product on the floor that need part A and part B, if the do not have part B in stock to go with part A, and if the have it in a different stock have it ship up to there store

Took over 2 hours, 3 employees and several computers to process my application to buy a washer and dryer. After entering all the correct info several times, my application has the wrong name and address!!! Now I have to wait 3 days to call and fix it. The employees were very nice and apologetic! I don't blame them.

In the flooring aisle We were greeted by Joshua, I was putting flooring in a regular cart he without being asked came over to help , he suggested and went back to the front of the store to get a heavy duty cart and loaded it for us. When looking for a very specific product, Wet And Forget we found Mike. A disabled employee in the Lawn care section. He Took us to several aisles looking for the product, he was unanable to find the specific product but his persistance was appreciated. Both are outstanding representations of what any employee should be, certainly they are a credit to Home Depot!

No matter how busy MacKenzie got she made her full focus on correcting my online purchase issues

Jeff & Summer both provided great customer service when I was at the Bangor store looking to buy a riding mower & had many questions. If they did not know the answer they were able to locate someone that did know answers.

The Bangor store parking lot and lot entrance are terrible. Too many turns and pot holes galore.

The Home Depot number 2414 Bangor has some of the friendliest people! They even try to remember your name, always meet you with a smile what are quick to drop what they’re doing to make your experience at Home Depot an expeditious one.

The exceptional team helped me get the correct size heat pump water tank I needed. The representatives were extremely knowledgeable and well-trained about the product, giving me the utmost confidence in my purchase. Fantastic customer service!

As one who works in the retail industry, we are trained to be friendly, available, and quick to assist. The associates here seemed disinterested at best in the consumers in the store. On a positive note, the shelves looked stocked, and the products were readily available!

I may be biased because I used to work there, but I usually can find what I need really quickly at the best price at the store in Bangor. If I don't know where something is one of the helpful staff can direct me to the location really quickly. Being familiar with the store and using the staff saves a lot of time when picking up the things I need for my home projects.

Some of the employees at the store in Bangor Maine make you feel uncomfortable and not welcom! The lighting department staff is the worst!

I love the self checkout it"s very easy and if you get stuck there is someone to help right away

If you don't mind using self checkouts you are in luck otherwise you'll have to wait in line at the only open register.

I got harassed at the checkout by a clerk because I don't have the mobile app to scan for the Veterans discount. I asked the clerk to authorize the discount and provided Veterans ID and got a lecture that escalated into an argument, he even touched me. He held my discount hostage and refused to get a member of management. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because a couple associates helped me while shopping.

I can't get over the personalized service of the HD manger Ronny, and his excellent ProDesk service, especially Beverly, with whom I have worked. I have overheard other contractors and builders, who have expressed the same feelings as I have. You can tell that the staff here is loyal to their manager and it shows in their help and attitudes.

stoore has a good selection of products ,,,, staff are great .... store is easy to work with

I am writing to you to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service that I received from Home Depot today. The staff member was warm and accommodating. She literally went out of her way by walking me to the product I was looking for. The shopping experience took only 5 minutes and, as important, she said “thank you”.
