All good, employees friendly and helpful. Parking lot needs to be repaired. Large holes getting larger.

Apparently the workers in the Bangor store were in a bad mood tonight. They were less than helpful and visibly cranky when I asked for a Veteran's discount. I guess I'll spend my money down the street instead of putting up with that treatment. It was completely unnecessary.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who really care about what they're doing. keep up the good work!

In the past year I have made numerous purchases for a new Bathroom and kitchen, most supplies bought at this store or on line. Problems were rectified at once and I was treated as a valuable customer.

There was a store associate at the check out registers who was absolutely perfect! Professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. It was such a great visit because of her I actually filled out a survey! There was another associate who also went out of her way to be courteous. I don't know what their names are, but they made my visit exceptional! Great people!

With online purchasing, visiting a store is not as important as yesteryear's. CUSTOMER SERVICE for store visitors is more important now than ever before. HOME DEPOT should up their game and have ushers (seniors and handicapped employees) who do nothing but guide customers. Once in a section or aisle, a more experienced assistant should be available to answer specific questions. Bangor's store (and all HDs) need to get customers in and out more easily and quickly. Customers generally are not visiting to carefree browse around. Smartphone search apps are nice, but smiles are nicer!

I had not been in this particular Home Depot for almost a year and was impressed with the store layout and selection improvements they made. There are lots of ongoing sales and specials and the staff was courteous and generally always available to help.

Store and staff are fine. Computer systems seem unreliable, given recent carpet buying experience. The store experience was fine, except for the computer failure, which the staff was very good about. Estimate for installation from some corporate type via phone was "before Thanksgiving". Attempts to contact the contractor by email were futile. Finally contacted by phone. Contractor stated had only "recently" received paperwork and schedule me for December 10th; kind of a long way from Thanksgiving! Again store and staff were fine and price was good, but corporate ( carpeting dept. or contractor, and computer systems) leave a lot to be desired.

I feel that I will have to go back to the store to get this product registration problem corrected.
