Easy to find he items I was looking for

Could not get assistance. Products not in stock. Rude attitude by the jerk in the keying department.

Beverly fixed a shipping issue that no other employee would. I cannot give her enough praise . Out standing work and followed up to see that the refund was issued. We need alot more employees like her. She should be a store manager. A job well done !

We have always had a good experience getting assistance from store associates. Also, I was very happy to find the 3M N95 masks at your store.

I was charged for 5 sheets of White True Bead Paneling when I only had 4. I did not notice the error until I had finished the job and was adding up material costs.

Appliance associate very helpful

The manager of the large appliance department is very knowledgeable and provides great advice. The store management is helpful and places a priority on providing excellent customer service.

Have been a customer for over 10 years 9 out of 10 employees are helpful and now where to find stuff. Always nice. If anything maybe have the employees a little bit more educated in the Department's they work I don't need this but I think this would be helpful for DIY or beginner.

Always friendly employees when I go in always will to help or ask questions. Cashier are always fast and efficient even with lines and large transactions.

Very friendly employees. They have a extreme variety of products from nearly every brand (Husky, Echo, Milwaukee, Rigid, Ryobi, Craftsman, Stanley, DeWalt and more!!!) The garden section of this store is blooming with beautiful plants.

Associate was friendly and was able to answer all may questions. I got 30% off each front load washer and dryer.
