Jeannine at the Bellingham, WA location is great! Very helpful, friendly and just has one of those positive energy personalities that is contagious. Not only made me smile but made my entire day. Love shopping here and I will definitely be back.

I've always received good service at HD, but today was just above & beyond. Three different clerks (in various parts of the store) helped me and took their time to make sure I got everything I needed and the right products!

It is 2022 and women should be treated equally. Please do better Home Depot. The guy "Mike" in Paints is a sexist pig and talks down to women and does a lot of eye-rolling when asked questions. (At first I thought it was just me, but he was just as rude to the next lady as if she was a horrible inconvenience and stupid.) I would suggest avoiding the paint department like the plague if you are a woman. I went to paint store across town instead and was treated with a lot of respect. It was worth the extra cost to get a quality product and to be treated with decency. I am not sure how someone who dislikes women ended up in the store and how management doesn't know that he is a jerk who is terrible at customer service.

I went to Home Depot to purchase a shop vac. At the register, I was assisted by Leonor. She was especially helpful in the credit card signing process and just a very kind person. I wish all employees to be like her!

First of all, this store is so well stocked and maintained. The associates are always incredibly available and friendly. Is a complete joy to shop at the Home Depot.

I almost didn't go to Home Depot for the supplies I needed because I like our local Hardware Sales store but I was up in that area of town and figured I'd save a little time. I was so glad I did as the employees have apparently taken a page from the locally owned store and demonstrated a sincere desire to help me for as long as I needed the help.

Most easy, smooth appliance purchase I have ever made in my 70 years! And love that Veterans' discount info can be entered on-line and is given to Vets and their spouses.

for an extremely small store it really packs a wallop!

On 11/04/2021, I needed to purchase “OSB”wood to build storage shelves. Ryan (in the Lumber dept) was most helpful in working with me to accurately cut the OSB down to the shelf sizes that I needed.

I had a previous purchase of a shopvac and it was missing parts, I went to the store to get the parts, I asked four times for assistance until I physically had to get someone, they didn't have the parts and I have to return the entire purchase.

Dejiona and Brittany were so nice during my visit.

I wanted to make sure of a price of an item and so i walked over to a worker that was obviously busy doing something and i asked if she could price something for me and she came over and helped me :) her name was susan i think :) she was really nice

Bought chain saw today still in box, with security alarms on box and in locked cabinet in store. Brought home opened boxed and found that it had been used and sold as new. Very disappointed with Home Depot

Found what I needed but the cashier couldn't put the items purchased in bags -- two bags were needed. The cashier did not thank me for coming to home depot.

Worst Home Depot store I've ever shopped at. Aisles and driving lanes cluttered with abandoned carts and inventory (mid day). Not a "shopping" bucket to be found in the store. Paint department out of quart cans...given the choice of a plethora of sample size cans or a gallon that was not needed. Always found the cashiers cheerful and capable. Management is failing.

Dee in appliances is an amazing, knowledgeable, efficient and caring person. She makes this store the one to go to for appliances.

Better to shop at Lowe’s.

D (in the appliance department) who is an appliance specialist was really nice and helpful! Helped me find a new fridge! Was knowledgable about the productions the the floor and helped me find the right fridge for me!

I was pleasantly surprised at how much help I received in three different departments. I didn't have to wait and I was able to spend the time I needed with each specialist. Flooring, doors, and appliances. Employees were friendly and helpful.

I currently have mobility problems but, needed help urgently getting a new over-stove microwave oven. I called in and helped immediately. Dee, the customer service agent, was sympathetic, helpful and efficient. She was able to arrange for my installer to get my microwave at will call. Whew, what a relief!

The store manager was most helpful and kind. The line at customer service was very long and he stepped up, asked one question, then helped me purchase what I was looking for.

When you shop at this Home Depot they automatically allocate your purchases to their "Deferred interest" Program without your consent!

Since this is the only Home Depot, It is the only choice for some things.

just generally cluttered and disorganized. it was so difficult to navigate the store around empty pallets, half empty pallets, pallet jacks, etc.

There was so loyal that was marked 397 but we went through to check out it was 797 notice a difference that we had bought a large amount young lady was kind enough to honor the sale price for the sale tag and it was marked out there on the front it was a $60 difference did an excellent job thank you

Great store! Lots of good products. Nice helpful staff.

Aisles clogged with displays. Impossible to maintain 6 feet for social distancing.

Rudy and Ray are the dream team. Every time I take my van down to the river and dry my toes on my new carpet, I'll think of them.
