I worked with up to eight sales staff on this trip to Home Depot. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely be shopping at Home Depot in the future.

My needs are always met at Home Depot in Bemidji. Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They are honest and won’t attempt to sell you stuff you do not need.

The products I've purchased have been top quality... It seems there is always product in the store which is great.... Any time I've ordered, I've had great success in receiving the product in a timely manner and have had help to load the product up...... Thank you!!!!

I really like the Home Depot in Bemidji. It is organized and someone is always ready to help or they ask if you need any help. I always have great experiences with the staff!

Everything was good except for this one guy dressed like a woman. I get this whole woke transgender stuff but if you're going to be transparent in the hiring process at least make sure the person is a sufficient employee as well. They were lazy and I evenade eye contact for service but I had to walk over to them and ask for help instead of be asked before hand what I needed help with.

Rory was very helpful and insightful in the purchase of our new refrigerator.

I paid a large amount of cash for an item, returned due to issues with new engine flaws, and cash return was not given back at the time of return when I have proof of purchase. Now I have to wait up to 4 weeks for a return check to come in. I didn't wait up to 4 weeks to pay the cash I paid for said item.

The only people that was friendly was the cashiers

Harlon in Home in Garden was a great help. He answered all my question about buying a new lawn mower. Even made sure I got the correct mower I wanted Harlon went above and beyond for services.

Our store always has what we need, in stock! Love the garden center, too! Beautiful plants and great selection!

I went in to Bemidji Home Depot for several items. Heavy items also. . Everyone in the garden center was so helpful, and polite, and knowledgeable. I needed pavers, soil, etc. they offered to help me load them in to my car. It was a great experience. Also, although this didn’t pertain to local store, I had to get a hold of National Home Depot for placing an order. She was also so polite and quick and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Home Depot!

Best Beautiful Plants in Bemidji!!

Purchased a Cub Cadet on 3/29/22 at the Bemiji store. Mike from the outdoor department was very, very helpful in explaining the product and answered all my questions. My cashier, Kylie was awesome in helping open a new account.

Love my 3 step Gorilla ladder that I bought, and the leaf shine for my plants. Exactly what I wanted, and was in stock

Bought an LG French door refrigerator with freezer on bottom. Nice and spacious and looks great!

Went to counter and a large guy gave me a real mean look, am not comfortable going back there, I think he could be dangerous, hoping his coworker made a report about it as she said she would Happened 1/18 @8:10am

Staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. Store always has a good inventory and selection of goods.

I went to store with no knowledge of what I needed for project but left with everything I needed to complete it and the certainty that I also knew how to install each thing. I was greeted at door, taken to all items I needed, then actually shown on an item in store how to apply all the things I needed to use and was buying. All my questions were answered and I was treated so kindly then I was taken to checkout and same employee , Tyler, actually checked me out at self checkout and bagged my items as well. So very pleased and impressed. Far exceeded all my expectations and honestly have never had such an experience at any store like this.

The individual who is responsible for maintaining the house plants does a fantastic job! There is great inventory and the plants are well watered and healthy.
