For all of your Garden Center needs, the Home Depot of Bemidji is where to find what you want. The staff in Garden is knowledgeable and friendly.

This store saved the day! Outstanding customer service from every dept we needed including any returns we had from a large project. We tried HOME DEPOT PRO for the first time and it nearly cost us a large job. See explanation below. We tried to share it with Home depo directly but they provide no email customer service contact. I just wanted to share my first experience with Home depot PRO. We gave what I thought was a nice order for a project we are doing in Bemidji. It seemed flawless other than one of the products showed available and when it came to check out said it was backordered. It would not allow us to delete it. So we ordered and scheduled the delivery and got an immediate confirmation of our order, GREAT! I then realized that the delivery date had reverted back to the next day so I went back into my account to change it for Monday. Thank God I did because my entire order said it was CANCELED!!!!!! All except the one back ordered part that we didn’t want. I received no notification that it was canceled or a reason why. I had called the store to verify the address as it wasn’t recognizing it on line. Well I have spent hour’s dealing with this and worrying about this order. I have contractor’s arriving on sight Monday morning and no confirmation I have an order. I talked to customer service at length the day before and was assured she was dealing with the store and I would get a confirmation. She even took my credit card number. It is now 12:30 the next day and I was just able to get with the store staff who were very helpful. They hand entered everything and I am waiting for the receipt. THANK YOU! I finally got an email confirmation of my order at 1PM and have a degree of confidence that I can expect my order to arrive. My time is valuable! I need to count on my partners and their systems. This failed me and nearly cost me a job. I was so lucky I checked the order and so disappointed in this whole experience.

The store was clean and the staff friendly. I do wish corporate headquarters would re-consider widening parameters for corporate giving as it applies to non profits to include more organizations and their focus. Many non profits could certainly use in kind donations of paint, lumber, doors etc.

Nearly all of the associates at this store are very helpful when I have been at the store. Alisa and McKenzie in customer service have been extremely helpful when I have had issues that needed to be resolved.

We have had several items delivered to our house which is approximately an hour drive from Bemidji Mn. There are no delivery fees and the people hired to deliver and set up our appliances have been friendly and very professional.

everything I wanted was in stock an at a good price. Some stores are raising prices to a rediculuse price but not at Home Depot.

Clean store. Items in stock. Very nice and helpful staff.

I have had frustrations with this store in the past, but they seem to have addressed their issues and worked them out. The staff I dealt with knew what they were doing, did so promptly and in a friendly manner, and were very helpful. As I had my elderly father-in-law waiting in the car, I wanted the visit to be quick, and it was exactly that. My order pickup was smooth and I found the additional item thanks to clear directions from a staffer. Now I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Thing's were easy to find and could get checked out right away.

The employee I dealt with was very willing to help and knew what he was talking about.

Tina was fantastic at my checkout. My card went over on my daily spending limit. While I was on hold with the bank, she patiently waited and made great conversation with me as I waited for my bank to reset my card. She was genuine and kind, making what could’ve been a stressful situation a very pleasant one. Thanks Tina!

I highly recommend this store. I was blown away by the customer service I received with my purchase and would highly recommend asking any of their experts for advice on products.

Don’t bother trying to purchase flooring here, they don’t have enough personnel to assist and the don’t take customers in order.

The Bemidji store always is pleasant place for me to shop. The employees always help you if you need it and they treat you like family. I love this store!

Very unsatisfied. Paint dab was left wet on top of my cans of paint. My shirt was ruined and there is paint in my car.
