So many different associates helped my husband and I with a massive list we had as first time home owners. They quickly took us to exactly what we were looking for, and helped push our carts and load the truck. Everyone was so nice and helpful!! Cant be more thankful for them.

I really like Home Depot, there is always someone to help me when I need something. The staff is very friendly and their green house is fabulous in the summer.

Once again I received excellent service in the selection, preparation, and handling of the purchase made in the windowshade department. Maria and George did an outstanding job of locating, measuring, and cutting the shades. Shelves were well stocked and my questions in plumbing and tools were handled by patient employees who were extremely helpful on this Sunday afternoon.

Alisa and Chris were fast, thorough, and pleasant. A potentially difficult phone/online transaction went smoothly because of them. After days of pouring through hundreds of online reviews and utube vids of miter saws by Ridgid, Bosch, Dewalt, Makita, Ryobi, Hitachi, Masterforce, Performax, Hercules, Cobalt, Delta, Milwaukee and others I purchased the last slide miter saw I'll ever need. This new Ridgid joins my collection of 15 yr. old Ridgid table saw, stationary jointer, and thickness planer. Now I can get back to work on my project of Mission style furniture from rough native quarter sawn oak. Thanks.

I have never been to a store that so consistently helps me out without making pests of themselves. They ALWAYS answer my questions and concerns. They have the most knowledgeable, friendliest personnel I have come across. We shop here several times a week at least!

The Home Depot in Bemidji has qualified employees who are able to answer questions needed in my projects. They also have their staff greet me at the door and in the aisles, so I am able to enter, get my materials, and exit in a timely manner.

Everyone was very helpful and I like,the,veterans discount.

This store and its employees are wonderful, always helpful and knowledgeable about where everything is located in the store.

The store was very clean and organized and the employees exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Chris helped me in the hardware department and then went on to help me determine what I needed and helped me find those items in Kitchen and bath, paint and plumbing. He helped me determine what I needed for future projects I told him about and showed me options in accomplishing those. He advised me on proper use and installations of my items and seemed very knowledgeable and genuinely concerned that I was getting the best tools and items for the jobs I had to do. I will personally seek out this associate in the future. Other emplyees seemed not only friendly but genuinely interested in me and my needs. What a refreshing experience! Other stores, big and small could certainly learn a thing or two from this excellent store and emplyees like " Chris". Thank you!

I do not enjoy going to Home Depot as the service to customer is not good. My experience with the flooring department was terrible, and I hate that they usually only have self service when checking out. What happened to good customer service?

Went to Home Depot for a Microwave for our office break-room. Staff was very helpful in getting the one that would fit in the area we had available with the most watts.

The Christmas tree I wanted was sold out but a very nice gentleman who helped me was able to get one ordered for me, was very helpful and friendly. The store is always very clean. It is a pleasure to shop here.

The associates in appliances and in tools were greatly helpful. They got us discounts and helped with getting bigger items into our truck. Plus the military appreciation discount continues to draw us back to Home Depot.

I have never come in this store and been ignored. Everyone from the front to the back is knowledgable and friendly. Always find what I need or am given an alternative choice if they don't have it.

This is the most well lit and cleanest hardware store I've ever had the pleasure of shopping in, and they always have fun crafty things and ideas, as well as great selections of anything we need.
